Additional information about rental rates

Please be aware that tenants are expected to leave the property in the same neat, clean and good repair condition that it was found. You would be responsible for hiring the cleaning company associated with this property should you wish not to fully clean the property the way you are expected to. Contact the real estate office associated with your lease to get the contact phone number for same.

There is a $25 processing fee applied to all leases. If selected vacation week is less than 30 days from time lease is created full payment amount is due in clear, certified funds (i.e. certified check/cashiers check). Other payments made further in advance will have 1/2 the payment plus lease fee due upon signing of the lease followed by remaining 1/2 plus the refundable security deposit is due.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
