Charming Cape Cod vacation house with outdoor patio and furniture, large yard and gas grill for steaks and lobsters. New renovations in the kitchen and bathroom, with new stainless steel appliances. Deeded rights to Slough Pond just across the road. 10 minutes from multiple bay-side beaches and the world famous Brewster tidal flats. House has everything you need, including TV, internet access, air conditioning (window units), washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms, a sunroom with a single bead, and a bathroom upstairs. The basement has an additional bedroom, bathroom, and living area. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably and can expand to fit 8.
On cool nights, enjoy the beautiful the beautiful fireplace (real wood) or relax around the outdoor fire pit with your favorite beverage. The house is located on a very private road with access to two different ponds for canoeing and kayaking (one kayak available) or long walks in the woods. This is a perfect location for kids or for adults who want a private get-away in the midst of all the attractions of the Cape.
The house is located just 5 minutes from a shopping center featuring grocery, wine/liquor, and other stores- and is only minutes by bike or car from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, one of the Top 10 Things to do on the Cape as well as the Dennis Pines and Dennis Highlands golf courses, both excellent courses open to the public.
Whether you want to relax or be in the middle of the Cape, this is the location for you!

Why William White chose Brewster
We fell in love with Cape Cod and this house especially because of its pristine nature. Clear water, the smell of pine trees, fabulous space for long walks! Some of our favorite spots are just a short drive away: Gray's Beach boardwalk, Sea street beach, Kate's ice cream, Cape Cod Museum of Natural History...
What makes this House unique
This cottage has a large yard and is located just steps from Slough Pond. We have deeded access to a small private beach (where we keep our kayak - available to you) and to the more open beachy area where there is a gentle slope access to the pond. The location is idea. It is private, spacious, and wonderful for camp fires. It is also near many great locations for sightseeing and shopping. It has the best of the many great things that the Cape has to offer.

Beautiful Cape Cod vacation house , spacious, comfortable and clean. Great location, just a short walk to the Slough Pond. Hope to stay here again and will highly recommend to any friends / family visiting Brewster.
Could be great, needs A LOT OF WORK!
We were there for the entire month, with family coming in and out.When we arrived, we noticed the nice openness, and the wonderful deck with good furniture, the fun fire pit and grill, but, as I walked through, there were toys around, year prior Cape info, broken food cabinet next to the fridge and all kinds of food not ours in the kitchen, no closet in the tiny upstairs bedroom, broken shades, all kinds of their personal stuff in the only upstairs bedroom closet. We realized later that the oven is not a regular oven and found that the lobster pot burner on the deck doesn't get hot enough for a big pot. When I went downstairs in I was appalled. It was so hot, the fan didn't help, and it stunk like an old cellar. The description was of a living area down there...no!! The bathtub was all green and I had to clean the bath as best I could. The "living area" downstairs was a mess...broken slatted doors, sheets to close things off, stuff in the closet that shouldn't have been there. When we went to shower, even though we followed instructions, the water wouldn't heat past lukewarm. I also had to repack some personal things of someone's so that we could use the bath storage.
Four days later ,at night, after picking up my son and his girlfriend from the airport, I fell coming from the parking area to the house and broke my arm. The parking area was dark, and the light coming in was broken-I missed the railroad tie step. I informed the owner and he had little to say. I asked that the hot water be fixed AND the light. I had three repair people come in a few days later...no light fixed, and the water maybe a few degrees warmer...the food storage area was fixed. My husband adjusted the water, the electrician said that he was not given the order to fix the light. Some dishes , particularly glasses were dirty, I washed windows.
A few days after this a tree fell across the property. When I went to open the front door (which we hadn't used), it was really stuck, definitely not opened in a while, glass and sidelights filthy and yet another light not working. The tree blocked the driveway and that was taken care of quickly.
The setting is great, the owners seem pleasant, BUT they need to do a lot of work before this place is tourist ready. To me safety and cleanliness are imperative for a good rental, neither of which I found here.A few days work here, please!
Nice home and fenced in private yard
Had a wonderful trip and the owner was excellent to work with. The home has a good size eating and living area and the fenced in back yard and big deck were a nice bonus for kids and our dog. It was a quiet and friendly neighborhood and Brewster was a peaceful town to stay in. A little disappointing that dogs were not allowed in the lake and would have loved an outside shower.

Renters must provide their own linens, including towels, unless arrangements are made with owners (additional fees apply). Renters must provide first and last month's rent. Renters must sign and additional contract with specific terms for heat, electricity, and other amenities not offered by the owners. Rentals must fill the oil tank to the level present upon occupancy.
