About Samantha Pearson Clark
I have lived in Seattle for 14 years. I live downstairs, work from home, and am happy to answer any questions you may have or suggest fun activities in Seattle and the Puget Sound. My family and I enjoy our free time exploring the city, attending cultural events, making and appreciating art, and roaming the Puget Sound region in our Westfalia and our sailboat.
Samantha Pearson Clark purchased this House in 2010
Why Samantha Pearson Clark chose Wallingford
I knew this was a great property when I first saw it from the street, and I saw it as home instantly when I walked inside. We feel fortunate to have a private and lovely apartment upstairs for visiting family and friends, and we are honored to share it with you so that more families make happy memories here.
What makes this House unique
The kitchen, dining and living areas open up to a balcony with French doors and a gorgeous view of downtown from across Lake Union. Also, we have outfitted this rental with all the comforts of home. We have made Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and have outfitted it accordingly.

Everything was clean and well-appointed. Great location. Host was gracious, helpful and hospitable.
Great cozy place to stay near downtown Seattle
We had a great time staying at the Wallingford Terrace. Kids loved the sofa bed and the kitchen was easy to cook in and was fully stocked. Samantha fixed a couple of hiccups for us right when they occurred which was great!
A lovely apartment in Wallingford with a fabulous view of the Seattle skyline from the porch!
Property has a well equipped kitchen, great TV And WiFi and a very comfy bed! We loved the location and the neighborhood is fabulous for walking! We’ll be back!!
We’ve used this VRBO for two visits due to its location just a few blocks from family now living in Seattle. The view from the deck of downtown Seattle is great, a nice open layout of kitchen living/dining, there’s a well equipped kitchen, washer/drier, and the location close to coffee, restaurants and grocery, and it’s very quiet. Samantha is attentive to your needs and responsive to any issues or needs that can arise.
I stayed in this apartment for several weeks and absolutely loved it. Very comfortable and well equipped. Quiet but within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Nice view of downtown from the balcony.
We Stay Here on a Regular Basis
We have stayed in the top floor apartment multiple times. When we plan a trip to Seattle this is the first place I look to see if it is available. Close to major sites, yet out of the hustle and bustle. We discovered a great ice cream place near by this time. (do not remember name)
Samantha has figured out how to stock this apartment to take care of all your needs. I highly recommend this place.
