Property description

This is our home that we are opening up to you! It is a three bedroom (2 queens, double, twin and a trundle) and three bathrooms. It is a two story that is located on East Cliff and has stunning views of the beach and ocean. The lighthouse makes a beautiful backdrop. It was fully remodeled in 2005. It has granite countertops, a five burner stove, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, ice maker and garbage disposal. We have a large built-in outdoor BBQ with the best views in the house. There is parking for 4 cars.

We are exactly half way between downtown Santa Cruz and Capitola. Our home is on East Cliff Drive (Busy street) with the closest cross street as Prospect Road. The harbor is a five minute walk and you can walk down the stairs to the beach in front of the house. We are located on one of the only beaches in the area that allows bonfires at night which is great for fun evenings. Great restaurants are within walking distances. The Boardwalk is a five minute drive and you can see it from the house. There are many things to do for kids and adults alike. There are the Roaring Camp Railroads, The Mystery Spot and The Boardwalk with rides, games, food and shopping. They have a mini golf course and arcade attached. the main wharf at the Main Beach offers some of the best seafood and great shopping or pick up some fresh cracked crab and clam chowder from the famous Stagnaro Brothers to take home and enjoy. Sit on the lawn and watch the action of the day on the beach and relax. One of the most beautiful drives in the country is Highway 1 which is a ten minute drive. It takes you down to Monterey where there is the world class aquarium. Enjoy exciting outings or just sit back and relax. This is our home and we are glad to open it up to you.

About the owner: My family has owned this house for years and we have so many memories that we want other families to be able to create. As we have gotten older and kids have come along our time to spend at the house has shortened and we hope to give the home life again with new families.

This home was chosen because of the views and location. There is so much going on in front of the house that we are always in awe. Since it is located on this busy street we see lots of people driving by, the sunrise and sunsets are just stunning and watching the bonfires at night is always beautiful.
