This comfortable efficiency unit is located right behind the gulf front section of Sugar Beach Condominium. Sugar Beach 135 features a King bed with a 42" TV, and free WiFi.
Sugar Beach Condominiums is located right on the beach in beautiful Orange Beach Al. The complex has three pools and a kiddie pool as well as our gorgeous white beaches will have you coming back year after year!

Additional charges of housekeeping, parking pass, damage waiver fee and lodging tax will be added to the rental rate.
When using a credit/debit card, we charge a two.five percent convenience fee on any amount put on a card.

Pool / Spa
Three starts because it definitely wasn't terrible but certainly could've been better.
We arrived in the middle of the night, which worked out fine with instruction from the property management; but, when we opened the condo door, the entry way light didn't work. I had to have my son stand at the door with it open so I could go through to find a light switch. First impression is everything. The unit was warm and it was the month of June in the middle of the night. The air unit was running but evidently not cooling enough. The remainder of our stay the only way to keep our unit cool was to turn the the temp way down, keep the ceiling fan on, and keep the curtain pulled to at all times. There is a very noticeable water stain on the main wall in the living area/bedroom. The cleaning was less than optimal especially in the bathroom...several long hairs were on the shower wall, dirt and grime built up in the corners of the bathroom floor (specifically behind the standing toilet paper holder which is also rusted), dirt is built up on the baseboards, the drain plug in both the bathroom sink and tub are missing, the shower wall looks stained from soap scum. The kitchen was okay but I still wiped it down after seeing the bathroom. I contacted the property management the next day regarding the issues and they sent maintenance right away. He did change the bulb. But mostly gave excuses as to the water stain not being fixed and claimed the air unit was brand new. The air unit is not central air. It's a wall unit. When you look at the outside of the unit (which is on the balcony), it is beginning to rust (which easily happens in this region) but the wall casing for the unit is lirerally falling apart. NOT so new.
The decor of the unit is true to the pics when booking. The bed was cozy. The size was as expected for the occasion in which we were booking. Kitchen appliances worked well. The claim to have done a $15,000 renovation is not believable considering the appliances and bathroom are obviously dated and tile work doesn't appear new. (It appears the web reads $5000 in reno but the gentleman told me $15000). The entry way built-ins are very nice offering additional storage. Most of my complaints are just being attentive to detail in preparation for guests.
Overall, Sugar Beach appears to be an older condominium building, which can be fine; but, the parking garage is horrible constantly running out of enough spaces for their guests and very tight spaces if you drive anything other than a compact car.
Everything was fine except the ceiling started leaking water badly our 2nd night here. Owners please get this fixed!! Thankfully our PlayStation was just out of the waters reach. Probably won't be staying here again.
Better than expected
The whole process from making reservation to check-in to checkout was great. 135 offers plenty of storage room for our stuff and has a very comfortable king bed. The view of the beach was good but being so close to the beach made carrying our beach toys a breeze. Anyone looking for a clean updated condo needs to check this one out.

Turn left out of Sugar Sands parking lot, onto Perdido Beach Blvd. Go 0.1mile on right. (Almost across the street from our office) Look for the blue awning.
