Just purchased June 2014!!!! Private, top floor, end unit! Beautifully renovated with new wood floors in the bedrooms, all new paint, new dishwasher, frig and furniture! Also - a new shabby chic queen sleeper sofa (very comfy) in November 2015! We welcome you to Hilton Head Island’s recently-renovated 505 North Shore Place (remodeled summer 2014). A lovely penthouse villa. Rooftop pool & spa. Tree top ocean views/breezes. Direct beach walk to beach side pool, cabana bar & Coligny's finest public beach – just across North Forest Beach Drive! Once you park your car in our secure/gated/covered parking area, you can walk or bike almost everywhere!

New furnishings, appliances, and large capacity stacking washer/dryer for your use. Two lovely master suites – one king/one queen. Also a comfortable sleeper sofa that converts to a double bed. Two full bathrooms. Nice-sized balcony that can comfortably accommodate six for morning breakfast, or Al fresco dinner. Large screen flat-panel televisions in the great room (50”), and both bedrooms (32”). Nice open kitchen with Corrian counter tops and counter/bar stools.

Balcony is accessible by the great room, and the master (king) bedroom suite. From the balcony there are tree-top ocean views. Across the side street is the popular Coligny Plaza, with restaurants, shops, groceries, deli, ice cream & more! Secure parking and elevator.

No administrative fees, nor rental agency charges

Cleaning is included, unless renting less than 7 days. If less than 7 days, an additional $110 will be due.

Please note: we do not have a local landline. There was virtually no useage on the phone, and the modem requirements were different from our WiFi needs, so we opted not to keep a landline in the unit.

Hilton Head Island is perfectly pristine, clean, and family oriented. A great place to spend a day - a week, or a winter. We chose to buy on the island, so we could enjoy - and share - our lovely villa with other families who also love boating, golfing and the beach!

What makes this condo unique

The rooftop pool is very unique, and the building is one of the newest in the Forest Beach area. Right next to Coligny Plaza, too! You can park your car - and walk or bike to almost any place you may want to go!

We had a great trip. the condo was perfect and super clean. The location was great for trips to the grocery and for ice cream. We ate dinner at The Vine in Coligny - the best restaurant on the island for a couple's night out.

Amazing!

We recently stayed at 505 North Shore Place and have nothing but wonderful things to say about it! Starting with the welcome gifts when we came in, the cleanliness of everything, the location was perfect, it was very well stocked with anything you might need, outdoor closet with beach gear was a huge plus and the beds SUPER comfortable! Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience, we hope to be back next year!

Wonderful experience!

Looking for the best escape on the island? Without a doubt this property offers the perfect solution! Want convenience? Leave your car parked in the gated parking area and walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The upscale condo itself offers so many extras that you won't find in any other rental property, not to mention the benefits of dealing with a local owner rather than a rental agency. We can't say enough good things about this property. Having stayed in both properties, we can assure you that you won't regret choosing either of the Kelsey cottages...North Shore Place 505 or 504!

Very nice, very clean, great location.

This is our second year staying at this location. We enjoyed it as much as the previous year. The parking garage area is very nice. Makes loading and unloading very easy. Elevator provides easy access to rental units. I also like the code entry system for the garage and rental and pool area. The pool area is very nice and scenic. We very much enjoyed relaxing by the pool.

The rental unit was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen area was large and had every type of kitchen utility to meet your needs. The island counter was nice and was convenient for quick snacks and charging ipads and iPhones. The WIFI was an added benefit. The living room had a large screen TV and plenty of seating. The adjacent patio was very nice and provided a view of the ocean. We enjoyed sitting out there throughout the week. The bed room areas were very nice with their own private bathrooms. Plenty of room to move around in both bedrooms. We also enjoyed that Coligni Plaza was right across the street. It was nice to be within walking distance for dining and shopping. In addition the plaza had a small grocery store which was great for purchasing last minute items that may have been needed. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Perfect location with easy access to the beach.

I've stayed at Seacrest for the past 5 years. Unit 505 at North Shore is head and shoulders above our previous resort. The owners really care about providing all the essentials imaginable to make a family vacation perfect. Highly recommend.

Tax Rate 10.0%

$100 initial payment to lock in the dates; 50% due as second payment; final balance due 30 days prior to check in! WINTER MONTHLY (Nov - March) Call - or email - for monthly rentals ($1995). Our 'months' are for 28 days, starting & ending on a Saturday. This will enable our weekly schedules to fit into long-term rentals.

Weekly rates include cleaning, admin, etc. There is an additional SC sales tax of 10%.
For stays less than a week, add $110 for cleaning.

Spring dates and rates will vary, depending upon Easter season and HHI Golf dates. Rates are always subject to change.
