It was a perfect summer family getaway!

  • 5 of 5

The cottage was exactly what we were hoping for! The area was beautiful and there was lots to do within close proximity. We had one small problem with the bbq and Lee-Ann was willing to come right away to help fix it. Otherwise our stay was perfect! We would definitely return. My children didn't want to leave and have been asking to go back ever since we returned home.

Great place to stay with a lovely surrounding area

  • 5 of 5

This was our 2nd time staying at this cottage! It is a wonderful place to stay. The cottage itself is very cute and comfortable. Mary's lake is a great lake that we enjoy kayaking. The river/waterfall swimming area just down the road is also very nice. The surrounding area is wonderful to explore, it is not too far from some pretty cool things to see like the Dyer memorial and the Screaming Heads property, an outdoor art exhibit.

We will enjoy visiting here many times!

Perfect cottage!

  • 5 of 5

I believe the pictures don't do this property justice. When we arrived we were very surprised at how beautiful the property is. Outside is absolutely gorgeous with all the foliage. Inside was bigger than we expected. And we weren't expecting such a great screen room! Love this rental.

Lee-Ann was a perfect host to deal with. She was so helpful and always available by phone or email. We couldn't have rented from a more wonderful person!

A nice convenient "home" we had great time

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in the cottage from June 22-25 and we really enjoyed it. The cottage itself is very nice and convenient. As other reviews said you can find everything you need. I even found birthday candles for my hisband's bday. We specially enjoyed the screened in porch and felt like sitting in the forest. Port Syney is very beautiful and peaceful and Mary Lake is a very nice lake for canoeing and kayaking. We also enjoyed trip to Huntsville and Arrowhead Provincial Park which is only 15-30 minutes drive from the cottage. Thanks Lee-Ann for always responding so quickly and made the cottage so nice and clean. I definitely will recommend this cottage to my friends
