The outdoor area has it all from a very private south facing pool with unlimited views overlooking the golf course and city. The outdoor kitchen gives you the option for dining at night with the pool light, giving you that extra bit of peacefulness and tranquility after a busy day.

**Note: Absolutely No events/No Pool Parties/No Weddings/No Ceremonies. $75 extra a night for additional guest.

Awesome vacation rental

Great home with all of the amenities anyone could wish for. The pictures don't do complete justice on how beautiful the backyard views are. Shawn and Ellie were the greatest hosts and very accommodating to make our stay perfect. A home away from home. Thank you!

Pool wasn't ready til third day of stay

Pool was filthy and maintenance didn't make it usable till third day of our stay. It took hours to clean the filthy patio furniture. Moldy onions left in the kitchen. When the owner sent a barrage on insulting texts with false accusations and lies on the day we left, I knew there would be a problem getting my deposit back. Over six weeks now and it has not been returned.

Owner's Response: I never take the time to respond to reviews due to a very busy schedule. But this time i will not allow anyone insult my integrity and disrespect our management team just because their deposit was not refunded. We have pool service once a week (Just like any other home owners with a pool) on Thursdays. The pool was in perfect condition and if by nature there is windy day we can not control the wind and leaves from falling in the month of September! Patio Furnitures gets cleaned regularly again no control over the wind specially when you are located on the hill side. You simply didn't get your deposit because you left the house looking like a war zone. I send you pictures and i am sure you looked at them carefully, you had few more people spending the night at the house against your rental agreement terms and used all the spare bedding and sheets on the floor and sofas for your guests over night stay. I specifically told you at the day of the check in no extra people can stay overnight, No parties or big gatherings and you assured me that was not going to happen. Let me also remind you when you checked In, you where in awwwss that how immaculate, clean and beautiful this house looked. But you and your company destroyed it in only 6 days. What a shame.... I responded to your complain with VRBO and Home away with pictures taken from the house and my texts to you after your departure and this is what they replied with after a complete review and investigation: Dear Shawn, This is Brian from the U.S. Trust & Security department with VRBO®, HomeAway®, and VacationRentals™ Thank you for your prompt response. We have made thorough notes of your comments and explanation of this unfortunate situation and now consider this case closed." So Please keep in mind even though this house is a vacation rental for others enjoyment, it is still someones home and can not be disrespected or destroyed by other.

Serene property

We stayed at this wonderful house in June. We have stayed in several LA vacation rentals and this is our favorite, by far. No compromise here! When we arrived, we walked into a clean very well maintained property. A stunning view,, outstanding floorplan, terrific kitchens, both indoor and out. The pool was float on a raft with this view was a treat! The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. A true getaway in a great location.

A lovely hilltop house with a great pool and an amazing vista.

A nice bright home with two great en-suite bedrooms and two further double bedrooms. This spacious property has an amazing outdoor area with stunning views over a golf course and LA. The deep pool is a real bonus and the outdoor kitchen was a fantastic addition that we enjoyed. The only negative about this house is that you have to leave eventually. 100% recommended.

absolutely beautiful

We were in CA. for our daughters wedding.The house was perfect for our family to stay in. The layout of the house was perfect for having people in and out through out the week for the wedding occasion. The house is beautiful, the pictures does not do justice. It did not feel like a rental property with all the amnesties that is included in the house.

The owners met us at the house first day, they were very nice and friendly.

The location of the house is couple miles from all stores, restaurants, and markets.

No smoking, no pets and absolutely no parties or events. Must comply with local noise ordinance and all applicable laws. The pool is not gated - you must watch young children who are not pool safe. Pool is not heated, but is very warm in the summer. travels must checkin with the valid ID or passport as well as the credit card that they made their booking with.

The property is well-appointed with the highest quality furnishings and art. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 will ensure that our guests will treasure our special items as much as we do.

Guests’ Responsibilities at Checkout:

.Check in is at 3 pm and Check out time is 11 am. Please make sure to leave the property in the same condition of cleanliness, order and repair as it was when you took possession at Check in. Please take care of the following items:

•Remove all trash from the house and deposit it into trash bins on the side of the house ($500 charge will apply if trash remains inside the house). There will be a $300 charge for leaving any food in the refrigerator and kitchen counter. The $250 cleaning fee is only for standard basic cleaning anything beyond normal or standard will be subject to additional $250.

•A $100 fee will be charged for each key and opener not returned.

•Make sure that all your personal items have been removed from the property.

  • Canceled bookings will not receive a refund
