About Deb King

Love to share my home with people so they can enjoy this bit of paradise just as I do on a daily basis.

Deb King purchased this house in 1994

Why Deb King chose Springdale

This property was not for sale when I found it and took me a year to purchase but it is well worth the effort expended. Due to my construction background it has been rewarding to complete several renovation projects here along with many hours of landscaping labor.

What makes this house unique

Fell in love with this place on sight when I walked into the living room that has one wall of glass overlooking a breathtaking view of Beaver Lake. I had been searching for the right lake property for 3 years and knew I was home when I found this property. All it took was convincing the existing Owner to sell it to me which took another year. But well worth it!

We had the best, most relaxing getaway ever! If you want quiet, this is the place. Deb was awesome and gave us total privacy. The breakfasts she prepared were wonderful. We will be going back.

Girls Getaway

  • 5 of 5

We visited NW Arkansas recently for some shopping and friend "hang out" time. We are so glad we chose this house on the lake. It had beautiful views, just the right distance out of town, and Deb was a wonderful hostess. The breakfast served each morning was so very good. Deb was helpful but allowed us to be on our own with only being a text away with any question answered or help we needed. We recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice and relaxing getaway. Thanks so much Deb for working with us on the unforeseen circumstances concerning our booking, too. So very kind and thoughtful of you!

Don't think twice about booking this Wonderful, amazing find and will definitely return!

  • 5 of 5

We were visiting the area on business but wanted a relaxing place to stay during the evening and we found a gem! Deb is a wonderful courteous host and spoiled us rotten during our stay! The food was delicious, the view is amazing and we all slept like babies which is hard to do away from home! Deb is incrediblely funny and you can't help but fall in love with her. My family enjoyed the experience of their first bed and breakfast and we plan to return next year for the bike and blues festival. Thanks again Deb for providing us with such a great time. You are amazing!

Restorative and relaxing!

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed a lovely weekend getaway at Deb's cozy B&B while our little boys stayed with their grandparents in a town nearby. We chose the perfect spot for such a weekend! The property was easy to access, yet seemed worlds away from the many shopping and dining options in northwest Arkansas. Secluded on a quiet end of the lake where you could actually hear the water lapping on the lake shore below, while the birds and butterflies flew above, we enjoyed all the comforts of home while surrounded by nature. Gorgeous views at all times of the day with the changing light, and with a full moon lighting the evenings, the sounds of owls, coyotes, and crickets made us feel like we had really escaped--yet able to enjoy a comfortable bed at night and be welcomed with a delicious hot breakfast each morning! The gardens surrounding the property would be a welcoming sight any time of year, but seemed especially pretty in early fall when the days are still warm, and the nights are cool. Deb radiated joy as she pampered and attended to us with her special gift of southern charm. She provided a very respectful level of privacy, but was also willing to visit and get to know us in a genuine, caring way. We will definitely be recommending this experience to friends and family and hope to visit again!

We enjoyed every minute at this lovely home! Ms. King was very thoughtful and she took very good care of us while we were visiting the area. The breakfasts she served us were delicious, and we started our days happy and full! The atmosphere was so relaxing, and the views of the lake were amazing!

We hope to return to this welcoming home very soon!
