This spectacular 1170 sq. foot renovated two story condo is located on beautiful Lake Okanagan with absolutely breathtaking views of the water. You are literally a stone toss away from the water's edge. Complete exterior renovation including a new deck was completed April 2018.
We are situated 15 minutes from downtown Vernon BC, and 40 minutes to the Kelowna airport.
The condo is located directly on the Lake shore with direct access to a shared beach and dock. If you choose to bring a boat please note that the public boat launch is located within 1/2 Km from the condo along Tronson Road. There is a boat buoy for your convenience to moor your boat which is located directly in from of the condo unit. The buoy was installed in the summer of 2014 and is DOT compliant with a rating of 9000 LBS. It has a 2000 LB main line and 1000 LB tag line. The chain is hardened steel with grade 70 strength.
Our brand new dock which is twice the size of our original one was installed in April 2018.
Due to limited space we cannot provide boat trailer storage, however we recommend "Elephant Storage Center" which is located at 6136 Okanagan Avenue in Vernon (250-549-2255) and is very reasonably priced.
The Condo is fully furnished and decorated with a relaxing beach and nautical theme to take you away from the hustle and bustle of everyday work to paradise. It can comfortably sleep 5 people. It has 2 queen beds in the main bedroom and a pull out bed in the upper storey front room that has a breath taking view of the lake.
There is one full bathroom located on the upper floor, as well as washer and dryer located in the upper floor bedroom. Towels and linens are provided for your convenience. We ask that you not use the white towels to take to the beach but rather the blue towels or beach towels located in the laundry room closet. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all basic cooking utensils and dinner and drink ware as well as a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, stove and full sized refrigerator. There is a propane BBQ and patio furniture located on the deck for your enjoyment. A/C units are located on the upper floor in the front room and back bedroom. Fans are also located if necessary in the laundry room closet.
For your media entertainment the condo comes equipped with 2 flat screen TV's, DVD players, WiFi and board games.
There is only one parking stall assigned to this condo unit and the visitor parking fills up very quickly during the summer months. Therefore if you plan on bringing more than one vehicle, you will have to make alternate arrangements for storage.
Absolutely "No" pets are allowed due to allergies and hygiene reasons.
There is absolutely "NO SMOKING" permitted anywhere within the condo or on the Strata Property due to Bylaws and this is strictly enforced.
For family's with little one's. A playpen is available for sleeping accommodations or play. Please let us know when booking is this is required.
Please note that for persons with impaired mobility, this condo is located on the side of a hill and therefore there are a number of stairs to manage both on the grounds and within the condo unit as well. Therefore it may not be the most ideal location for you.
