Spacious, bright upper village condo with easy access to everything you’ll need. Spectacular views of the mountain and down the valley. Walk/ski to the main high speed quad, hot pools, restaurants and shops. The unit is in excellent condition and the mountain view is spectacular. The unit is on the quiet side of the building away from parties in the hot tub and, because it faces east, is bright in the morning but cooler later in the day during the summer than units on the west side. In winter there is a small skating rink just in front of the building. The Upper Village is where the Restaurants, Ski Chalet, Coffee Shops, Ski/Board/Bike rentals, Spa, Gym and main High Speed Quad are located. There is no comparison in the experience when you stay in the Upper Village. Condo has heated underground parking and is steps away from the pools and the upper-lower village gondola.

About Duncan Kent

We live in Calgary and bought the unit new. We use it mostly in the winter for skiing but also go up in the spring and fall when we can. Our grandchildren (7 and 8 years old) just love it and we really enjoy being there with them. They are getting to be good skiers already but we can still keep ahead of them for another couple of years.

Panorama is the best kept secret in the BC interior. It is far enough away from Calgary and Banff to keep the crowds away and the mountain is spectacular. The only time you will find crowds or lift lines is during school breaks but otherwise you will never wait for a chair! Panorama is a great resort with lots of vertical and runs for every ability. The ski/boarding school is excellent and there’s a great rental shop. In the summer there’s mountain biking, hiking, rafting, golf, and just about anything you can think of!

What makes this condo unique

This unit is considerably larger than most 2 bedrooms and has a lot of windows to show off the marvelous views and let in the light. There are no other buildings to block the view so you can see for miles. Since it faces east it is cooler in summer and quieter than most other units.

Nice condo, great location!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean and well-stocked. Easy access to the main village area and the pools. Because it's on the east side of the building, with the windows opened it cools down in the afternoon and evening, which is nice during hot weather since there is no AC in any of these units. Panorama is a fun place to visit with young children. There is plenty to do - biking, hiking, swimming, scenic chair lift rides, kids' programs and golfing.

Great location, valley views and close to the pools

Nice condo, conveniently located in the village close to pools and lifts. Beds were comfortable with all amenities required to enjoy our stay. Keep an eye out for the resident deer that seek shade under the trees by the front entrance. Lots of other wildlife wondering around as well. Thanks Duncan for sharing your unit.

Great stay - good location and wonderful amenities

Loved our time here - easy access to the ski hill/pool and great accommodations. The room is fully equipped with 1 bedroom with queen bed and 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds. 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, wifi (we had a little bit of trouble with the connection) and large living room. Great communication with owner! Perfect accommodations right on the hill, we will return for sure!

Ski weekend

The condo was perfect for us which was two couples. It was clean and well stocked with whatever you needed in the kitchen. The owner made it all a very easy rental process.

At the time our hot tub was down but the next building over had the bigger pool anyway. Lockers for your skis was handy also!

Only thing to have a head up is if you have a large truck it is tight underground so either be great at driving in tight spaces or park it in the main lot which is outdoor. The nice thing is you don't need your vehicle to get around.

See ya next year once ski season is back around.

Owner's Response: We're glad you had a good time at Panorama and that the condo worked well for you. I'll put a note in our rental guide about the size of parking spots but it hasn't come up before. You must have a BIG truck! When you come back next year you might want to park next door under the Lodge building. It has more spots and some are larger. Your keys will let you in there too.

Panorama is a great resort that won the 2016 North American resort of the year award. There's lots of vertical, runs for every ability and short lift lines. The ski/boarding school is excellent and there’s a great rental shop. In the summer there’s mountain biking, hiking, rafting, golf, and just about anything you can think of! During the ski season there's a free shuttle bus that runs frequently to Invermere for shopping, dining or just hanging out.
