Cleveland for Head of the Cutahoga Regatta

Nice clean house and in a convenient location. The neighborhood is a bit in transition, but we felt safe. The host was great! Very organized and hands off.

Great stay!

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time at this house. My husband and I met up and stayed with 4 other family members at this house. It was great that the living room and dinning room both had enough seating/space for all of us to comfortably sit and be together in the same room. The house was clean and clean linens were also provided. We had only a little difficulty initially finding the house because the number was not posted on the house, but once we walked up to the house, we saw the house numbers were lying patio waiting to be hung up, so I assume this shouldn't be an issue much longer. The neighborhood seemed pleasant and it was just a quick drive over to the Christmas Story house. Overall a great accommodation!

Loved this property

  • 5 of 5

This was a great stay for the price. There was the perfect amount of room for my wife and I and our two children. The house has old-world charm with some of the needed updates to make it feel comfortable and modern. As luck would have it, it was only 3 blocks away from some friends of ours that live in Cleveland. If we come back, we will definitely stay here again!! Cleveland rocks!!

Very Nice Stay!

  • 5 of 5

Some friends and I from our graduate school days enjoyed a mini-reunion in Cleveland. Nick and his house were both great. The house itself was very well maintained and met our requirements --- it was clean and the location was only a 15 minute drive or so to downtown. Our host, Nick, was very responsive to questions and requests. I would definitely stay there again.

Great house Close Minutes from Downtown

  • 5 of 5

We had an enjoyable stay here. 7 guys stayed at this house for a weekend as we were seeking to visit the Pro Football Hall of Fame which is about 50 minutes from the house. It's close to downtown Cleveland which was convenient as well. The owner is very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. We never felt like we were intruded upon by the owner either. So although, he was quick to respond to any requests, we really had that independent, hotel type of feel.

The house was clean when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed, although we did not cook anything. The large dining table was also helpful for gathering around our large group. There was ample space for us as we made use of the two sleep sofas in the living room. There are 2 bathrooms in the house. One is upstairs shared by all three bedrooms. The other Bathroom is in basement. That's really all that is in the basement.

The house's WiFi worked very well with all the devices we had connected to it.

The checkout process was also a breeze. I would recommend this place to others.

Charming older home in decent Cleveland neighborhood

  • 4 of 5

This was a family getaway, a long weekend in the Cleveland area to visit two of Michael Symon's restaurants, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Pro-Football Hall of Fame and several other sites. The home was clean, plenty of space for my husband, our two sons in their 20's, and me. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels. Air conditioning worked well enough for an older home. Decent kitchen with all the necessities, and a spacious dining room. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Third bedroom is small (bed is all that it contains) Only one bathroom for the first and second floors. Second bathroom in the basement is NOT great, and looked like it still was being built when we were there. Lack of handrails on the stairs going up to the bedrooms and down to the basement was a negative. No lamps in the living room at all, just an overhead light on the ceiling fan. NOT nice for reading, tv watching, or just hanging out. Owner was hard to reach, but friendly when we did communicate. I would stay at one of his properties again when we return to Cleveland.
