Stylish and comfortable house

(License # 34404) in Denver's most sort after area and minutes from Downtown. The house boasts exposed brick, wood floors and original artwork. Perfect glossy white kitchen with Wolf stove and patio doors opening onto west facing deck for evening cocktails. Apart from a lit, al-fresco dining area, the garden has a very cozy hammock corner. The master bedroom looks out through picture windows onto the garden. The cozy living room centerpiece is a large fireplace and on the opposite wall is a flat screen connected to 'Netflix' and a DVD player. Both bathrooms have marble tiled floors and the main bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

I moved from London to Denver to be with my fabulous wife. I have been overwhelmed with so much to do and so many great places here to visit. World class restaurants, a great zoo and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science are are just a few things not to be missed. In one and a half hours you are in the mountains but really there is so much here: for example from the house there is a great bike path along Cherry Creek which will take you downtown. There again you can walk up the street to a gorgeous little restaurant called Satchels and enjoy gourmet food or just a glass of wine and an appetizer.

We feel so lucky to own this property in such a friendly neighborhood so close to fabulous amenities including Wholefoods, wonderful restaurants, a tennis center and Cherry Creek Mall. The house is perfect for joggers and bikers and anyone that enjoys relaxing in a beautiful, peaceful garden. This brick built house is a protected historical property full of charm and character.

What makes this house unique

As soon as we walked into this house, we new we had to live here. So many unusual features such as the two skylights and the wonderful fireplace made us feel at home and very welcomed.

So amazingly comfortable and stylish. The back yard was such a bonus from the lighting to the fabulous dining area to the cozy hammock. We walked into Cherry Creek North many evenings and found world class restaurants and exclusive shopping. The tree lined street is full of exceptionally friendly people and the park at the end of the street delightful for walking and jogging. Highly recommended!

Excellent Location in Denver

My husband and I stayed in this house during the Christmas holidays. The location was excellent and the house was warm and inviting. It was close to the Cherry Creek shopping area and the neighbourhood is beautiful. The pictures that represented the house on VRBO were exactly as the house was presented to us on arrival. This house was very clean and it felt like a hotel with all the amenities. It offered that extra space you need when staying for longer than a few nights. Howard was great with communicating with us and left a detailed note with lots of tips about the local area. I would stay here again in the future and we really enjoyed our time in this house.
