Perfect place for a lake getaway!
My kids and I didn’t really hang out much at this cottage as we were on the lake or doing other family activities during the day. With that said, it was super clean and more than adequate for a lake cottage with access to the water of Lake Leelanau. Easy walk to restaurants, bars/wineries and groceries. Looking forward to renting it out again next year if it’s available! Thanks for offering it up!
Family Getaway Outdoor Fun
We had a fantastic 4th of July week in Leland on Lake Leelanau.
Perfect weekend trip!
We went up for the weekend with two friends to celebrate my husbands birthday. We weren’t able to get a boat slip but Hillary and the other worker on the property was very accommodating with helping us find locations to dock the boat. Overall we had a great time and the property was very clean.
Perfect convenient dog friendly cottage situated with easy access to Aurora Cellars where we attended a wedding. The owners were very responsive and helpful!
Would have loved to stay longer!!❤️
This was a very nice place!! We were very busy so we didn’t really get to enjoy all it had to offer!! Hoping we can return some day soon!!
Incredible weekend and amazing host
My wife and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary at the narrows. The cabin itself was perfect and had everything we needed. The location was great as you can walk to boathouse winery, dicks bar, north peak distillery, grocery store and coffee shop. The fire pit was great and the sky was absolutely gorgeous.
Most importantly Hilary was the best host we have ever had and we use vrbo quite often. He gave us awesoem advice and offered to take us places when we didn’t want to drive. He captained us in his boat to dinner at the riverside inn and it made our trip that much more special. He also set up the fire pit for us. He knows everyone in town and can offer great suggestions on where to go. We will definitely be back.
Located between the villages of Leland and Suttons Bay, The Narrows intersects the 17 mile long Lake Leelanau. The Narrows also rent boats, kayaks, has marine fuel and sells ice cream and sundries in the summer season.
