Beautifully restored and furnished two bedroom apartment in excellent, safe area
We rent on a monthly basis but will accept reservations for less than a month between gaps or with a convenient start time or two months in advance.
This beautifully furnished two bedroom apartment is tucked behind a vintage Spanish duplex on Harper Avenue in a quiet, safe upscale area near West Hollywood. We are minutes from Chateau Marmont and Sunset Boulevard, Beverly Hills, the Beverly Center and the Grove, Cedars Sinai and a half hour from the beach, downtown Los Angeles and the airport.
Apartment has been lovingly restored to reflect its Jazz Age origins and features original lighting fixtures and sconces as well as period cabinetry. Apartment has hardwood floors throughout. Accommodates four.
Living room features a flat screen television with cable service, Apple TV and Wifi for your laptop or tablet. Sunny kitchen features spacious fridge, dishwasher, gas stove and is well equipped with coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware etc. Laundry room features new washer and dryer.
Dining room features a vintage stained glass window and antique dining table for four. Bathroom has been beautifully restored and features original, renovated shower/tub, a pedestal sink and green subway tiles. Master bedroom has a king bed and a spacious walk in closet and a flat screen television. Second bedroom features large closet and office area. Two parking permits are provided for easy street parking in uncrowded safe area. For long terms stays, we may be able to provide one off street parking space in a garage.

Beautiful, Spanish duplex is in excellent, safe, upscale area of Old Hollywood. We are a half hour from Downtown L.A., beach communities and the airport. The complex is walking distance to great restaurants and minutes from Beverly Hills, Sunset Strip, West Hollywood. Complex is the former home of Will and Grace star, Megan Mulally.

Lovingly restored complex. Beautifully furnished and comfy apartment is a mix of modern and antique furniture. Walking distance to restaurants, clubs, bars. As this unit is separate from the duplex up front, it is practically its own private house.

Enjoyed my brief stay at Clarke's place. Great location that's central to everywhere in Los Angeles. Check in was smooth and apartment was clean and comfortable. Will be sure to see if this place is available again on my next trip. Helpful to have washer and dryer in the unit and a parking spot next to the apartment. Nice neighborhood and I could walk to Gelson's supermarket and lots of restaurants.

Perfect West Hollywood location!
We absolutely loved this apartment. The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated, and well stocked with kitchen gadgets that included a waffle maker and 2 coffee makers (Kuerig and drip). We didn't cook a lot because there are so many eating options in the area. Our favorites included Joeys for breakfast, Marix for margaritas and Le Boheme for a nice dinner. This truly was the perfect location for shopping, West Hollywood nightlife, Sunset Strip, eating and so much more. There is a nice market (Gelson's) that is within walking distance from the apartment to pick up groceries. They even include an off street parking space and a guest parking pass for the block. The manager, Clark was a dream to correspond with and answered every concern we had during the booking process. We will definitely return to the Harper Hide away.
This property is perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed and then more! Walkable to great restaurants and shops. Beds and linens were so comfortable and high end! Clean! No funny smells or pet hairs. This comfortable sleeps two couples, a family of four, or four friends OK with sharing a King/Queen beds. I hope to stay here again! Check-in and out was easy. honestly one of the best properties we have rented! Clark was so helpful and timely in his responses, also!

Spotless-close to a variety of shops and restaurants
This property is exceptionally well maintained with all the amenities for a lovely stay. It is close to a variety of restaurants and shops. With a grocery store only a few blocks away it is easy to dine in or take out. The surrounding neighborhood is a great place to walk. We highly recommend this property.
Perfect place to stay in West Hollywood
Staying at the Harper Hideaway was the best decision. Clark was extremely accessible leading up to our stay and just as helpful. The carriage house was exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable as was the rest of the furniture in the home. The parking spot was great and east to get in and out of, street parking was also available when we were jaunting in and out quickly. This is in the BEST location, very walkable to shops and restaurants as well as in a great neighborhood for a run in the morning. I will be staying here again for sure!
Excellent central location to greater Los Angeles. Next door to West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Downtown Hollywood, The Sunset Strip. Near The Grove, Cedars Sinai, Beverly Center. Half hour to beach, Downtown Los Angeles, Universal Studios.
