We are life long residents of San Luis Obispo. Both of our families immigrated into the area in the latter half of the 1800's and were involved in farming, lumber, and other businesses. We have an extensive knowledge of the area and will be happy to try and answer any questions you may have. We have always enjoyed Cayucos. We have many old friends that had ties to Cayucos. Susan's grandmothers family grew up in the Cayucos area. Cayucos is one of the areas of the county that retains much of the charm and ambiance that we appreciate.
What makes this House unique
Cayucos is located at one of the best locations from which one can explore the central coast. It is somewhat less commercialized than other coastal towns in the area. The towns growth has been limited and as a result the feeling is more relaxing and laid back!

This place is the perfect beach vaca home. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and a toddler!
We LOVE Cayucos and had a wonderful time in this home. It had a beautiful modern kitchen that we had plans to cook in but we got too busy doing all the fun things here. Great restaurants and great fun. Having the Sea Shanty and the market across the street was awesome! Would love to stay her again!

A wonderful stay --- perfect cool weather with sunny afternoons. Great vistas of the ocean from the living room and master on suite. Recommend Madeline's in Cambria for that special dinner. The pier at Cayucos is a short walk to the other end of town and the beach is just less than a hundred yards away.
It was everything we were hoping for. Beautiful furnished apartment, with all the amenities you could want. Although sitting on the Main street of Cayucos, it was still very peaceful and comfortable. It was a short vacation for me, my husband and daughter, hopefully next time it will be a longer stay. Added bonus, the weather was absolutely wonderful.
This was a great retreat for my mom and three sisters. Perfect location downtown and able to walk to shops, beach, pier and restaurants. The condo was beautiful and clean, beds comfy and linens high quality. We would definitely consider booking another stay here!

We are centrally located to most of San Luis Obispo County's wonderful wide range of activities. From Hearst castle and HWY One to the north to wine in the Cayucos, Cambria, Paso Robles, Templeton, and Edna valley. Scenic drives, bike rides, hikes in all directions. Walk from the house and be on the beach in about 3 minutes. From the beach you can walk either north or south for miles, explore as much as you like. Surf, fish, or just relax the choice is yours. The small town of Cayucos offers many restaurants that will satisfy any palate or budget.
Additional information about rental rates
If the house left in a condition that requires extra cleaning and/or repair, in the sole opinion of the owner, a deduction will be made from the security deposit. If the charges exceed the security deposit the owner reserves the right to pursue other means to collect the charges. If more persons occupy the premise than indicated in the request and subsequent approval the owner has the right to deduct a charge of $50/day/extra guess based upon observed occupancy by the owner or other associate acting for the owner to make observation of the use by guests. Charges may be deducted from the security deposit for any missing items and failure to respect the requirements spelled out in the "Welcome Book" on the premise and available on request prior to the guests arrival. If a pet is brought onto the property without prior consent a charge of $200 will be deducted from the security deposit in addition to any other damages that may apply, regardless of whether there is pet caused damage or not. Strict "check in" and "check out" times will be adhered to, unless approved in writing. The charge for occupying the premise after the check- out time will be a minimum of 1/2 the day rate if the cleaning person is delayed.
