This upstairs 500 sq. ft. studio has its own private entrance and is complete with balcony. (Great for barbecuing or stargazing.) You will sleep peacefully in the deluxe queen bed, AC/ Heater included A queen size futon is also available. TV, DVD and Wi-FI. Private bathroom with shower, microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker. Privacy and quiet on ten acres near Emigrant Lake and five minutes from Ashland.
Welcome to Ashland home of the Shakespeare Festival, Southern Oregon University, famous Lithia Park, a wide variety of restaurants, Emigrant Lake (with its own water slide), and hiking trails nearby. Come stay in our tranquil setting away from noise and traffic while enjoying the multitude of things to do. Not advertised correctly

I would like a refund. This was not advertised correctly. It was NOT five minutes from Ashland. It was 12 miles out & 15 minutes away from Ashland and very secluded with a gated property. My friend had a panic attack (due to some past trauma) once we got there because of the seclusion and fear of being gated & locked in on a complete strangers property. It did not feel safe so we were out that $$$ & had to pay to stay somewhere else so I would like a complete refund please.

Great stay, perfectly situated

Great property near Emigrant Lake. Easy access to Ashland and the surrounding area. Property manager was very helpful with local information and accommodating when we wanted to check-in early. Would stay again.

A peaceful, quiet place to stay in Ashland

Jim and Jenni were great hosts! We stayed here on our way to Portland from the Bay Area and after our long drive we really appreciated how peaceful and quiet this place is. Everything was exactly as described. We would definitely stay again!

Peaceful country setting
