About the property

A comfortable home away from home while you stay in Downtown Olde Naples!

The location of our condo is exceptional. You are within walking distance to 5th Avenue, Cambier Park, Tin City, and Naples Bay. You can walk to the Farmer's Market on a Saturday morning to buy fresh produce or tasty treats. Naples Bay Rentals is located just over the bridge where you can rent kayaks, stand up boards, boats, or bikes. The Gulf , Third Street, Crayton's Cove are also within walking distance.

You will enjoy your stay in this 631 square feet of open living space. The living area has a 42 inch HDTV which is placed on a console with added drawer space for your belongings. The living/dining area has been updated with beach cottage décor....a comfortable denim slipcover couch and a dinette set hand painted by a local artisan. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.. It is fully equipped to make cooking easy if you choose to do so. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a Smart TV for viewing your favorite movies or listening to music. WiFi is available for your use. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is a separate, large walk in closet for items to be stored away. You will have a beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler, and 2 beach chairs to take to the beach. A washer/dryer combination is located in the condo! No taking your laundry to a common laundry room.

Outside of your first floor front door is the pool area. There is a heated pool and spa with plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. A gas grill is available for your use. Plenty of off street parking is available. The landscaping around Castleton Gardens is tropical and lush.

October 2016. We have owned our condo at Castleton Gardens for 2 years now . Bob and I try to make our guests' stay as comfortable as possible. Home from home

What a find!

The condo was perfect - modern, clean, well furnished and contained everything that we required and more for our stay. The location was ideal - close to 5th Avenue and 3rd Street shops, the beach and local attractions not to mention a few steps to the shared pool area and jacuzzi!

Nanette and Bob have been a pleasure to deal with from the initial enquiry to the date we had to leave, answering all questions and queries promptly, making the whole process simple and stress free.

To summarise - we loved it - and have already enquired about renting the condo again but next time for longer!

The Best

I have been renting from Bob and Nanette for the winter. I love the apartment. It's cozy and well equipped. And I love Castleton Gardens - the pool area is beautiful and the living room window looks out on it.

I asked about having the ability to record programs on TV. They immediately ordered a new box and had it delivered. They just couldn't be nicer.

This is a fabulous location. Just two blocks off 5th Avenue but very quiet. I feel fortunate that I found just the right spot to rent this winter. The only reason I'm not renting again next year is because I bought a unit here.

This Place is a Gem!

We took advantage of everything this condo had to offer: walked to restaurants on 5th Avenue (2 blocks), walked to the beach (longer than 2 blocks, but healthy for us), swam daily in the well-kept pool just outside the front door. Location in Olde Naples makes this a 20-minute drive to either Marco Island or North Naples Beaches as well. Condo is nicely appointed and residents of Castleton Gardens community are friendly. I saved the best for last...the owners of this condo are the best to deal with! They are family-oriented people and graciously worked with us when we had to cancel in Spring when my mother died, then again in Summer when we moved to FL and needed a temporary place to stay. They are easily accessible and respond quickly if there are any issues (we needed help with the cable/internet activation) and just very pleasant folks. Highly recommend this charming property.
