The location of our condo is exceptional. You are within walking distance to 5th Avenue, Cambier Park, Tin City, and Naples Bay. You can walk to the Farmer's Market on a Saturday morning to buy fresh produce or tasty treats. Naples Bay Rentals is located just over the bridge where you can rent kayaks, stand up boards, boats, or bikes. The Gulf , Third Street, Crayton's Cove are also within walking distance.
You will enjoy your stay in this 631 square feet of open living space. The living area has a 42 inch HDTV which is placed on a console with added drawer space for your belongings. The living/dining area has been updated with beach cottage décor....a comfortable denim slipcover couch and a dinette set hand painted by a local artisan. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.. It is fully equipped to make cooking easy if you choose to do so. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a Smart TV for viewing your favorite movies or listening to music. WiFi is available for your use. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is a separate, large walk in closet for items to be stored away. You will have a beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler, and 2 beach chairs to take to the beach. A washer/dryer combination is located in the condo! No taking your laundry to a common laundry room.
Outside of your first floor front door is the pool area. There is a heated pool and spa with plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. A gas grill is available for your use. Plenty of off street parking is available. The landscaping around Castleton Gardens is tropical and lush.
