Gold-rated recently remodeled condo - ski-in, walk to Gondola!

Stay in our beautiful River Mountain Lodge ski condominium on the Blue River in the heart of Breckenridge. Enjoy skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, fishing and other winter and summer sports.

The condominium has a flexible 'lock off' configuration, and can be rented as a one-bedroom unit, a studio, or hotel room. The one-bedroom unit sleeps up to eight, and is comprised of a studio that sleeps four with a queen-size Murphy bed that pulls down from the wall and a queen-size sofa fold out, connecting to a hotel room that sleeps four with two queen-size beds.

Use our smoke-free studio or one-bedroom condominium as a base camp for your activities or just relax and enjoy the amenities that River Mountain Lodge and Breckenridge offer. The 1800s charm of Breckenridge's Main Street with restaurants, shops, and night life is half a block away.

Four O’clock ski run ends at the lodge’s front door. The condo is “ski in shuttle out” with frequent shuttle service to the Breckenridge Peak 8 or Peak 9 base areas. You can also walk a block and a half to the gondola that will take you to Peak 7 and 8. The shuttle stop is near the lodge front door, and is also the stop for the Summit Stage that provides free bus service to Copper and Keystone. Ski shuttles to Vail are also available.

River Mountain Lodge offers an outdoor heated pool, 4 indoor and outdoor hot tubs, newly updated sauna, steam room, fitness center, concierge front desk, and lobby bar. Bubba, the bartender and long-time character of Breckenridge, will keep you entertained and tell you about his favorite local haunts. TVs, CD player, DVD player, wireless Internet, and board games provide in room entertainment.

Both the hotel room and studio come with separate full bathrooms. The studio has a full kitchen, dining area, and fireplace. The hotel room has a microwave, coffee maker, sink, and small refrigerator.

Comfortable, excellent location and ammenities!

Highly recommended! Our family of four enjoyed a wonderful nine day stay at this great condo in Breckenridge, where we rented the studio and hotel room. It's the perfect size for four people, although it can accommodate more. Recently updated, the unit was comfortable, very clean, well maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed cooking meals in the condo when we wanted to stay in, and making the very short walk to downtown Breck when we wanted to eat out or explore. For skiers and non-skiers alike, it's hard to imagine a more centrally located unit. The quaint shops are half a block away. It's close to the Gondola, the local bus service, and the grocery store. You can ski down 4 O'clock run and simply cross the street to the condo at the end of your day for a ski-in experience. We also appreciated the onsite ski shop for its convenience and cost savings. It was great to avoid the typical ski shop lines and their equipment was new and high quality. The onsite property manager was also very helpful, when needed. And of course, the property owners themselves, Bill and Jennifer, are fantastic and focused on making your stay comfortable and special. Would definitely stay here again!

P.S. For an excellent, affordable dinner try the Tiki Mana Island Grill!

Great location and very well kept property.

The property management and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room lacks a view, however we weren't disappointed because we spent most of our daylight time away from the room.

One issue I forgot to mention to the property Mgmt staff...the refrigerator is leaking inside the main compartment. The first time I opened the door I found the top shelf with a large pool of water. After I cleaned it, I placed a large platter on the shelf to collect the water. When we left on Saturday the platter was half full. Suggest you have maintenance check this out.

Great condo in fantastic location

We enjoyed the stay at your condo last week. It was clean, well maintained, plenty of room, and right next to the pool! the location is great....only one block off main street, close to all the shops and restaurants. We walked to dinner each evening and never needed our car. The garage is convenient, well lit, and secure. When we visit Breckenridge again, we will definitely try to book your condo again.

Perfect Spot!!!!

We love coming to Breckenridge as often as possible! We came this time to celebrate my birthday and also arranged to have my daughter and fiancé's engagement photos done. The condo is in such a perfect spot, we love the amenities and the condition of the condo was clean and cute and bigger than the pictures look. The owners were more than generous with helping us make this weekend go so smoothly. We will look forward to our next time and hope this condo will be available again! I also love that after you arrive and park in an inside garage you can just walk everywhere you want, Super!! Thanks for a perfect trip.
