The little lake village of Pontiac, Missouri, is located in a secluded region of Bull Shoals Lake. If you want to get away, this place is for you. The facilities are modern, clean and well taken care of. The locals are friendly and helpful. You'll find after one visit you'll want to come back again and again. We look forward to meeting you and having you as our guest!
It had everything we needed, and more! From the comfortable bed to the sitting area with flat-screen TV to the spotless, well-equipped kitchen, we were pleased from the minute we arrived. And then we stepped out onto the porch. The view of the lake is so relaxing! We will definitely visit again. If you're heading to Bull Shoals Lake, Lake Harbour is a clean, beautiful, comfortable place to stay. We highly recommend this resort!
We love this resort! My husband and then-5-month-old son stayed here in August on a trip to MO and had such a wonderful visit. The suite was very clean, nicely decorated - homey yet modern - and came equipped with all we needed. I like that the bedroom can be completely closed off from the living area/kitchen if you have younger kids who need to nap while you enjoy the lake view. The kitchen is good-sized and stocked with plates, utensils, etc. The beds were very comfortable (including the fold-out in the living area), and there's no shortage of fun at the lake. We recommend spending the day on the water, grabbing pizza at Just Jackie's, and ordering extra for late-night cravings. :) The full-sized fridge provided plenty of room for leftovers and baby's milk, and we enjoyed hanging out on the patio with friends and enjoying the view of beautiful Bull Shoals Lake.
We love Pontiac and Lake Harbour and always feel at home with the wonderfully accommodating people there. We will be back!

Pontiac Cove is located in a private, secluded area of Bull Shoals Lake, but we are only about 30 minutes from Mountain Home, Ark., where you'll find plenty of restaurants (chains such as Buffalo Wild Wings, Chili's, Jimmy John's and fast food, plus some great local spots, too), shopping (TJ Maxx, Hobby Lobby, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowe's plus local boutiques and specialty stores), movie theatres, nail salons, antique stores, a wonderful public library, the Mountain Home Berry Farm, where you can pick your own blueberries or pumpkins, when in season, a local farmers market, health food stores, Cooper Park, special events, and a regional medical center.
Looking for a water adventure other than the lake? Pontiac is also just 30 minutes from the North Fork River, an acclaimed trout fishing stream that offers several float trip options, canoe rentals, lodging, dining and more. Take a day trip to one of the many outfitters along the river, where you can rent canoes, kayaks or rafts, grab lunch, catch a fish and enjoy the scenery and wildlife you’re sure to encounter on a relaxing and fun float down the river.
Ozark County is home to five grist mills that make up a popular daytrip driving tour in our area. Maps are available at the marina store. Take a driving tour of Dawt Mill, Hodgson Mill, Zanoni Mill, Rockbridge Mill and Hammond Mill. Restaurants are located at both Dawt and Rockbridge, so plan to make one of those stops during lunchtime. Be sure to bring a camera, as the mills make great backdrops for photos.
