This is a new remodel in 2014, 409sq feet 1 bedroom/bathroom condo with a lanai. I am located on the 5th floor of a 9 story building. The condo is located at the Hawaiian Crown Apartments.
Everything you want in Waikiki is within walking distance or accessible by city bus . There is no need for a car for your stay in Waikiki.

KITCHEN: Full Size refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 burner cook top & convection oven/microwave combo.
LIVING AREA: 50' Samsung flat screen, WIFI, XBOX360, DVD & Cable. 3 seater sectional couch which is a very comfortable place to sleep for your third guest.
BATHROOM: Luxury walk-in shower
BEDROOM: A/C, Queen size sleigh bed, dresser and night stand.
LANAI (Balcony): City views, table and chairs.
I have 2 sets of snorkel gear, 3 beach chairs, coolers, a bodyboard and other various beach equipment available.
BEACH: 4 minute walk
BUS STOP: 2 minute walk
GROCERY: 8 minute walk
Driving/Taxi:16-30 minute depending on traffic
City Bus: 1 hour
ZOO: 10min Walk
Street Parking or park at Waikiki Banyan one block/3 minute away for $15 day or $80 weekly.

I chose to live in this condo due to it's central location and walking distance to everything Waikiki has to offer. If it is out of walking distance the bus routes are a short 1min walk or I take a taxi for anything else in town.

Perfect Place to Stay for a Getaway
The location is perfect, it is off the main strip, close to tons of amenities and a very short walk to the beach. The unit is very well equipped for an extended stay. It was great coming back after a long day of hiking and surfing to a place that felt like home. Michael was easy to work with whenever we had any questions. I would stay here again anytime.
Exceeded our Expectations
Central Location in Waikiki, this home away from home is well equiped to meet the fussiest of travellers. We saved money by eating breakfast and some lunches in the unit as the large fridge and new cooking facilities were there. The building was safe and clean. The building manager was very friendly. Michael the owner was quick to get back to us with any queries and was a pleasure to deal with. The interior of the unit was very modern, luxurious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.
Perfect holiday base
Thos condo has every possible comfort and is perfectly situated. The beach is only a five minute stroll and the bus stop even closer. We always try to self-cater rather than eat out, so we can afford more holidays. This condo was supplied with everything needed to cook any type of meal you could imagine. A large combination microwave/convection oven (with built-in extractor fan for the cooktop below) was an amazing device. Operating manuals were all supplied in a folder for easy reference, so we soon became familiar with all the equipment.
We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the building. For example, the elevator and stairwells always smelled fresh and were spotlessly clean and the building manager was always very helpful.
There is a great lockbox system to secure the condo keys so they need not be taken to the beach.
In every respect we highly recommend a stay at this excellent condo. The description is accurate but hardly does justice to the high standard of this excellent rental.

Hi, Central location and close to lots of places reasonably priced to eat. Unit close to zoo, aquarium, beach and major bus routes. I didn't know they made usb wall outlet and tank less hot water units that small. The unit itself is very nice. Thank you.
We had a incredible honeymoon in this vacation rental. It included everything needed for a great vacation. It was everything as advertised and then some. I would highly recommend this vacation rental.

This place is perfect. It is located in a great area with everything around it. Very close to the beach! We loved the amenities that were included. This condo was a great place to relax in, and it really felt at home (to the point of not wanting to leave). It was a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and a bus stop was a block or so away. Definitely worth staying in again! Thanks for letting us stay.
