Beautifully Decorated 2bdm, 1.5 Bath Home. Quiet Neighborhood Near the Beach
A Pergola adorns the back yard next to fountain, with lounge chairs on decks and two separate eating areas. Your privately fenced in yard has also a high end stainless steel barbecue for all your grilling needs.
Your private yard will contain your dog and/or children with no worries. Secluded and intimate.
We are 3 blocks in any direction, to either beach, parks, shops, restaurants.
You have your own private washer and dryer on site, for your use.
Warm hardwood floors through out the house except for the two bedrooms, which have carpet. Kitchen and bathrooms have tile floors.
Lots of closet space for your clothes, and house comes with iron, iron board, and hair dryer.

- Our Beach Bungalow is 3 blks to the beach and park, harbor and restaurants. Great location. We live on the property as well, but chances are you will not hear us or see us unless you contact us. We have a separate unit above the garage. You have a fully fenced in yard, with your own washer and dryer, patio, deck, and house. Welcome to our Santa Barbara home, located in a beautiful, family friendly neighborhood three blocks toShoreline Park. Shoreline Park is a Santa Barbara favorite, and offers beautiful views of the islands, mountains, and harbor area with stairs to the beach if you feel like surfing, swimming or taking a beach walk (the tide pools are awesome!). Our home is also within walking distance of the Harbor which boasts of the Santa Barbara Yacht Club, the Maritime Museum, the exciting breakwater, and top notch restaurants overlooking the marina and stunning Santa Barbara mountains. We are also only minutes to the Pier (Stearn's Wharf), Santa Barbara City College, State Street and downtown Santa Barbara. You can pick up the bike path at Shoreline Park and ride along the beach all the way to Montecito and visit our lovely ocean-front zoo and bird refuge along the way.
Our home is nestled in a small neighborhood, with custom homes lining the block. Many guests walk to the harbor for boat rides, great dining, and bike paths to discover Santa Barbara. Excellent location, and lovely area.
We have the distinguished rating as Super Hosts on Airbnb, and over 35 Five star reviews. Our private back yard for your child and/or dog, our quiet neighborhood, its close proximity to beaches, parks, organic health food store, restaurants, gas station, bus lines, we have it all, just blocks walk.
There is ample parking in front of the home on the street. We live on the premise in a separate apartment above the garage. If you need anything we are there for you, if you don't , you won't see us or hear us. Your yard is all yours, privately fenced in with top rated Gas barbecue grill, and lounge chairs on deck under the Pergola.
We have a fully stocked gourmet kitchen for your pleasure, with top end stainless steel appliances and everything you need to have a wonderful vacation.
As of January 1, 2017, we are listing our home for only 30 days or longer per stay, as the City of SB has made short term rentals unlawful. Spring and Summer months book up very rapidly.

About the owner: We have lived on the Mesa in Santa Barbara for 35 years. Raised our sons in this home. and have put a lot of TLC into it over the years. We have had friends stay with us from around the world and thought we would share what they have come to love and enjoy. We have traveled to many countries and have enjoyed the richness of living real communities, not just where tourists reside. Our sons grew up on the beaches and surf of beautiful Santa Barbara (referred to as the American Rivera), with their first surfing spot at Leadbetter Beach, just three blocks away. You are able to walk to great restaurants, and organic grocery store, on a few blocks away. And public transportation is 2blks away. The Mesa is a hidden jewel in Santa Barbara. Owners live on property, but you will never see us or hear us unless you want to. You have your own home and yard , with all the privacy of a separate home. We are above the garage in a separate unit. Many of our guests like the fact that we are close if they need us, but have completely privacy. Our home is the perfect location to the ocean, parks, restaurants, public transportation, bike paths, surfing, boat harbor, and lots of walking ....
