Very nice condo and perfect location! Across the street from the beach AND on the bay side as well. My only advice would be pick up toilet paper on your way in. I would suggest to the owners to provide toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, other than that, it was GREAT!
We found the condo to be neat &clean ,had everything you needed.Had a view of pool &Lagoon, which my grandkids took advantage of,they really had a good time &looking forward to next year.Good location.
The space was adequate. It was obvious that no one checks maintenance items unless a renter reports it. Wall face plates (light switch covers) were falling off (I put them back on and tightened the screws), there was lots of foreign debris in the Garbage Disposal (again, I removed the debris so we could use the disposal), a towel rack in bathroom kept falling off (I tried to tighten it but had to call maintenance to fix), the dishwasher had not been secured to the cabinetry so it would fall forward when door was open with a drawer pulled out, the water flow in the kitchen sink would at times just come to an almost trickle on its own while running - this could be from the washer expanding and restricting water flow or it could be a water pressure/volume issue at certain times of day.
The Washer and Dryer were the loudest things I have ever heard. If anyone is sleeping on the futon, they would not be happy if you wanted to run either over night.
Also, there is only a single small lamp in the bedroom that faces the pool. Had to use flashlights to see in the closet. While we're talking about this bedroom, this is the only window that didn't have a darker curtain. I hope you are an early riser because the sunlight definitely bleeds through these thin and light colored curtains.
I would definitely no stay in this unit again. I'm not sure how any of the other units in the complex were.
