That being said, the owners are part of a full service travel company and can help maximize guests’ stay if desired. The owners ask that guests call them at anytime with questions pertaining to daytime activity bookings, restaurant reservations, recommendations, inter island flights, accommodations, etc. They are a local couple that live on island and pride themselves on offering authentic experiences for travelers coming to Hawaii.
The owners are available to interact with guests, however don’t plan on communicating unless the guests want to. The owners just hope to provide a comfortable, clean and charming condo for guests and offer help with maximizing their vacation.
Located on the western side of Waikiki, Luana Waikiki is in the heart of the best shopping, eateries and activities on the island. Nestled between Kalauakau Avenue and Fort DeRussy Park, this property is within walking distance to the sparkling beaches of Waikiki, green lawns ideal for picnicking and thoroughfares with the island’s best boutiques and restaurants. The owners particularly like this area of Waikiki because it allows quick access in and out of the bustling streets.
If you plan on just staying in Waikiki throughout your vacation, we don’t think a rental car is necessary- everything is within walking distance from Luana Waikiki! Plus, the public transportation is premiere. From city buses and shuttles to trolleys and taxis, it is extremely easy to get around Waikiki without your own vehicle.
If guests are renting a car, there is valet parking available at Luana Waikiki for $35/day. This is optional however, and guests are free to park their car at the various lots and paid parking centers around Waikiki. Luana Waikiki is in an easy location for parking a rental vehicle.
I'm from Miami Beach Florida, but have lived in Hawaii for the last 25 years where I received a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hawaii Pacific University. I came to Hawaii in 1991 as a journalist for KGU radio. In 1995 I left radio (I was actually fired) to start MCS Internet solutions which provided programming and connectivity solutions to businesses. That company spun off a local ISP called Pacific Internet Connections. In 1997 after acquiring the domain (website hidden) I merged all three companies and founded (website hidden), INC which went on to design, develop and market numerous websites in Hawaii. In 2000 I partnered with Yaling Yu (my wife) and entered into an agreement to turn (website hidden)'s focus completely on to the inbound Hawaii Tourism market by transitioning the site into a Online Travel & Tour Company for Hawaii only. In the last twelve years, under my direction, the company has grown from a small two person agency to a multimillion dollar company with 15 full time Agents. Since 2006 I have been producing The Hawaii Vacation Connection podcast which is devoted to Hawaii Travel and Tourism. The podcast receives over 25,000 downloads a month. The podcast led to an appearance on the Travel Channel which is still airing. I am very active in Social media with over 13,000 followers on (website hidden). I also developed a Iphone application and produce video reviews of local Hotels and events around the island on my Youtube channel MRBRUCE 1 which has almost 2 million views.

We own 2 Units here because it by far the nicest, cleanest and best maintained property in Waikiki. It's got it all and the price just canlt be beat.

You have all the amenities of a hotel, but the quiet enjoyment of a nice luxury condo, it's the perfect balance for your Hawaii vacation.
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The beds and pillows are so comfortable and the unit itself is nice and quiet with a lovely outlook. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation and would highly recommend staying here.
My husband & I stayed seven nights in this unit. It was a pretty good unit. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. The owner needs to fix the light in the shower, a new shower head and it needs some counter space. My husband said the light in the shower was getting moisture in it and that was dangerous. Other than that, we loved staying there. We had a great view of Fort DeRussey park, city view, a partial ocean view and it was close to everything. The room was very clean.
My dad and I stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed this rental.
The location is fantastic, as it is on the main street of Waikiki (Kalakaua) , and pretty much everything you would ever need is within easy walking distance, including restaurants, shops, nightlife, etc.
The studio is amply furnished and tastefully decorated, the beds are comfortable, the AC is great, and the balcony is a fantastic place to have morning coffee while looking down on the street activity on Kalakaua ave.
I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This property is right on a convenient spot in Waikiki. It is walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach. My friends and I stayed here for six days and five nights. We picked up the key on the front desk since we checked in pretty late that first night. We found the place clean and roomy. Staff were nice and the pool was also awesome. I'd stay here again if I visit oahu again.
The owner had my reservation under the wrong name so I had a difficult time getting the key. Called him 4 times. Finally the concierge emailed him and he responded. The room itself was fine but the floor was sticky. We found swiffers in the closet so cleaned ourselves. The hotel is a very centralized and close to the Waikiki Trolley, which is a great to get around in Waikiki. Had a nice pool.
