True Ski-in, Ski-out condominium 2 blocks from Historic Main Street. The Quittin Time Condominium is located at the base of the Quittin Time run which takes you back to the Town Lift. Access to the run is a short walk (5 houses) down Woodside Avenue. Conditions permitting, at the end of the day you can ski right back to the condo. After you have cleaned up, Main Street offers dining and shopping for every budget just a short walk away. The location is unbeatable.

In summer, the large east facing deck is a great place to hang out and is comfortably shaded early in the evening. A gas grill is provided. Hiking and biking trails are only a couple of minutes away.

Super clean 2 bedroom unit has beds for 6 with a queen in master bedroom, two twins in upstairs loft, and a double pull-out couch in living room. Full kitchen. Dining area with room for 6 and two more at breakfast bar. 2 Baths – Master with shower, Common bath with jetted tub/shower. Gas fireplace turns on with the flip of a switch. Parking for two cars – one inside garage, other on heated driveway. TV’s in living room, loft, and master bedroom. High Speed wifi provided by Comcast.

We live in the Salt Lake Valley and are up frequently throughout the year, fixing and improving. You will have a great time.

We rented Quittin Time from July through Sept '09 because of its close proximity to Main St & tons of activities. Upon moving in, however, we discovered a giant piece of railing missing on the patio & random junk (broken table, dirty kids toys) scattered around on the patio & in garage. We were told it would be "taken care of very soon." This "taken care of" inadvertently really meant that (unbeknownst to us at the time of signing a contract) there would be MAJOR roof construction that would last the entirety of our stay. Forget sleeping past 6:30am, forget parking in the garage or alloted driveway (unless you wanted 467565 nails in your tires), and definitely forget relaxation anytime between 7am-5pm. But, you make lemonade, right? It is an awesome location, and has everything you need for however long a stay. The management, after reporting the problem at least a dozen times, was kind enough to knock some $ off the rent, which was nice-although they were mostly clueless as to when anything would be finished or fixed (the internet is circa-18th century and went out at least every other day). A side note for those who are thinking about longer stays- forwarding your mail to the PC Lodging office is like sending it to the Bermuda Triangle with no hope of recovery. I would HIGHLY recommend just renting your own PO Box, unless you want to lose half your bills and never be notified of packages. The worst part? Because of the constant construction I had to park on the side of the street just north of the bldg, which resulted in someone backing into my car without leaving a note. Big $ in damages, and wouldn't have happened had we been able to park where we paid to park. No way to prove who did it, even despite the strong suspicion that one of the many contractors who parked their jalopies across the street nailed it and ran. Overall it was a good summer-thanks mostly to Park City being awesome & location, though STILL waiting for them to check it and get our deposit back!

Spring Skiing

Plus: great location to quitting time via steps. close to main street. nicely stocked with pots/pans in the kitchen. close to town line lift, but it's a bit of a walk up a steep hill. Owner was good to work with. response time was excellent. secure garage. has a washer dryer which is nice

Minus: loft sheets were not changed prior to our arrival. Housekeeping did come the next day, but we had to wash the sheets ourselves. master bedroom bed is pretty hard and slopes to one side. Towel and toilet paper rack fell off. Housekeeping did repair this. No working telephone (but with cell phones this isn't really a problem)

overall, it was a good place to stay. not too fancy. it did the job of housing my family for 4 nights. i had 2 teenage girls in the loft and a teenage son on the pull out. If the master bedroom mattress was changed out, that would help...but waking up to an aching back is no fun.

Will come back

Great spot as advertised. Weather was a little slushy a couple of the days but it was still easy to ski to the residential access stairs as well as to the town lift in the morning. Great location 5 minute walk from everything it felt like. I will definitely be looking this spot up next time im headed to Park City!

Such a great location and condo

We spent most of our time outside of the condo, but when we were inside, it felt like there was plenty of room for 4 - 6 people. The only one single downfall was a better cleaning company could be used. On a quick glance it was very clean, but as I stayed, I noticed some smaller details weren't as clean as I would have preferred. Overall it was a great experience because of the location and space.
