About Brett Heine

Although originally from Oregon and North Carolina, we have resided in Las Vegas for the past 20 years. The best way to beat the heat is to come up to Brian Head! We have always enjoyed this area of So. Utah as a four seasons getaway, and loved the fact that it is only three hours from Las Vegas. The cool fresh air in spring and summer can't be beat, fall colors are gorgeous, and this is home to the best snow on earth!

Brett Heine purchased this condo in 2014

Why Brett Heine chose Brian Head

We chose this property because of its proximity to both the Navajo and Giant Steps base lodges of the Brian Head Ski Resort. We also enjoy the unique shape and style of the building and how it is nestled on the edge of the forest. We love hiking, mountain biking, fishing, skiing and snowboarding, and this property is a great home base from which to do it all!

What makes this condo unique

The open floor plan of this first floor condo makes it very spacious and we love the easy access off of the back deck on the forest side. There is nothing like sipping morning coffee and watching the chipmunks play! The gorgeous slate fireplace gives the home a very cozy feel and is a beautiful focal point. Having an underground heated garage with storage space for skis, boards, and bikes is a bonus. The close proximity of the condo to so many national parks and monuments is also a huge plus.

Great condo in Brian Head

  • 4 of 5

The condo was clean, well stocked with pots, pans, spices, crockpot (almost everything you would need), nicely decorated. Short walking distance to the slopes (or you can catch the shuttle if you prefer) which was a plus for us. Small but romantic. My biggest complaint, which has nothing to do with the owners, is on our very last night there was an arrival of the people directly above this unit somewhere between 12am-1am and they continued to go until approx 3am. It was SO loud (banging, moving things, etc) that we finally decided to just get up since there was no sense in trying to sleep through all the noise. Otherwise, it was extremely quiet and peaceful.

Owner's Response: So sorry about the noise from upstairs on your last night. It is very unusual for that to happen at this property as it is usually extremely quite. I'm just a phone call away to deal with any issues including the noise ordinance. Sincerely, Brett

Great place to get away.

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The place is very clean, nicely updated and had everything that we needed readily available. This property is within walking distance to all the summer action in Brian Head and has so many fun things to do and see close by. We enjoyed the ATV trails, horseback riding and a day at Panguitch Lake. It was a perfect weekend getaway for us and we look forward to staying here again.
