The well equipped gourmet kitchen is on this level with beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, ready to serve your guests. There are 2 master bedrooms on this floor (each with a king bed) with deck access. The middle level offers a large living area with a big screen TV, stereo system and surround sound for your viewing and listening pleasure. A queen sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper sofa are provided for additional sleeping space. A built in wet bar finishes off the room. There are three master bedrooms on this floor. One with a king size bed, one with a queen and twin, and one with a full and bunk beds. All bedrooms are spacious, should you need to add a crib.The laundry room is located on this level with a full size washer, dryer, and second refrigerator!! The beach access is just a 5 minute walk. A cart has been provided for beach chairs and toys. There is an elevator and outside shower. A beverage refrigerator has been added on the ground level for your convenience. Sheets and bath towels are provided!!

Three couples who have vacationed together for many years bought this house after searching the east coast for the perfect spot. We think we have found it!! Beautiful beaches, family friendly restaurants and activities, and a well equipped home to enjoy gatherings of family and friends.

- Handicapped Accessible. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Person signing lease must be at least 30 years old. Bed linens, Bath Towels, Beach chairs, Cable TVs, VCRs, DVDs, Private Pool & Hot Tub, Outside shower. No Pets. Just pack your suitcases. We have taken care of everything else. Bed linens, bath towels, beach chairs and an assortment of beach/pool toys have been provided. There are even bikes provided!! All you need is your swimsuit and beach towel!!

Wonderful
Everything is supplied, even tranquility. We had our company here for a vacation and ther me was plenty of space for all. I would recommend this to everyone who wants to just bring cloths, food and toilet paper.

Absolute wonder of a home!
This home was rented for a family gathering of mine and my husband’s families, to be able to come together to meet and spend quality time together, at one of our most favorite beaches! And it sure did not disappoint! The house was perfectly sized to equip both of our very large families, while also having a perfect view on the front and the back side of the house! (Who doesn’t love a good view?!) I do not think our experience could have been any better. Absolutely beautiful weekend, in a beautiful home. I would love to stay in this home again, for sure.

Week Vacation with the Family
My family and I stayed here the week of July 15, 2017. We had a marvelous time. The house was plenty spacious and the pool and hot tub were wonderful!! Anytime we called with any questions or concerns our needs were met quickly. Would absolutely stay here again!!
