Secluded, simple, restful.
This is a perfect place to have privacy and peace and quiet. No frills accommodations, but everything you need for a rustic getaway. Good cell service if needed. Close to the State Park and walking distance to a little store/restaurant. We had a sweet, relaxing visit.
Quiet and Secluded
We booked this cabin last minute, Mark was easy to work with and quick to respond to our request. The cabin was clean and has all that you need such as sheets, towels and cooking utensils.
Great cabin for a get-away
Quiet, peaceful and private setting surrounded by woods. The cabin has a fire place and everything you need for a relaxing get-away. Definitely recommend!
This is a wonderful place to stay and have peace and quiet. The house has some age but has been maintained. It has a wooded view which gives you seclusion. My only real complaint is I wish it had a larger deck with a hot tub. That would help with the aches and pains after hiking at Stone Mountain, which is just right up the road. The owner, Mark, was very responsive to all contacts. We hope to return soon.
Truly a secluded paradise
These two cabins are set in a lovely wooded area. The cabins themselves are very comfortable...kitchen is perfect for either quick snacks or full meals....Cosy bedrooms...beautiful fireplace...with plenty of dry firewood. .My favorite spot was the back porch. It opens out onto gorgeous woodland views...It’s really not far away from a decent town with grocery stores, restaurants etc. I am really looking forward to more trips. I think winter and autumn would be especially fantastic here. Mark was easy to reach and replied within a very short time when contacted. I would wholeheartedly recommend checking out these cabins. Rent both for a family get together!!!!!
Convenient to stone Mountain and secluded.
Had a great time in Traphill. Cabin was very convenient to Stone Mountain and right down the road from a quaint little country general store. Cabins come with either a wood burning stove or a stone fireplace. And lots of cut firewood for your use. We definitely stayed warm during our stay. Owner is very helpful and friendly.
Owner /operator Mark Patton I try to make our contact a personal greeting. I am a simple proprietor that had a dream for families to enjoy mountain life by staying in a comfortable cabin while enjoying the countryside
