Great location

Charming cottage in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfy and the hot tub was a bonus. Restraunts within walking distance. Close to downtown.

Clean, cozy and great location

  • 5 of 5

My family had a great stay at this house. Brandon was very responsive and helpful answering questions. The house was just as advertised - clean and cozy with plenty of amenities and everything in working order. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer. We also liked the location - lots of nearby restaurants and coffee shops and close to the Lake. We'll definitely stay here again! Thanks Brandon!

A characterful house in a nice neighborhood with a great owner

  • 5 of 5

We live in Seattle and have just spent nearly 4 months in this house while our house was being remodeled. The house is exactly as described. It has everything you need and whilst we didn't use the hot tub or the back garden because of the time of year both are nice amenities. As we were there from October to January we enjoyed listening to the walnuts from the huge back yard tree falling on the deck - just loud enough to enjoy but not loud enough to wake you up. The neighborhood is very nice. Pubs, restaurants and a convenience store within easy walking distance, just 7 blocks to GreenLake, and parking was no problem even though we had two cars. The house is as described but the landlord is much better than we had any right to expect. So Brandon agreed to let our cat stay, agreed to change the start and end date after our project dates moved and was very responsive whenever we had a question. All in all a great home from home and we were lucky to find it and grateful to Brandon for accommodating our needs and changing dates. We don't anticipate needing to rent in Seattle again but if we do this will be the first place we will look to book.

Clean, cute and exactly as advertised

  • 5 of 5

Myself, my husband, our two married friends and their almost 2 year old stayed for 8 days at the bungalow. We loved it. The ability to "come home" after a long day of tourist-ing was so refreshing. When we arrived the house was clean and everything was exactly as advertised complete with the pack and play for the baby. The neighborhood was quiet and about 15 minutes from Seattle City Center!

We had a great time and would definitely visit the little green house again! Our only issues were that there is only street parking available. So, if you have car, be prepared to hoof it a little bit as there may not be parking available on the block. The other thing is that the beds are pretty firm... So just be prepared. ;) Minor issues but I wanted to give future renters a little heads up. You won't regret staying here!

Great stay in a great location

  • 5 of 5

The Greenlake Bungalow was clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located, so it never took long to get to the main Seattle attractions such as the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, Alki Beach, Greenland Zoo, and other tourist locations. There are good restaurants within walking distance, and Green Lake is a short walk away. We enjoyed strolling around the lake and coming back to the beautiful home.

It was easy to get in touch with Brandon, and he responded promptly whenever necessary. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this property.

Very charming and well maintained. Great home.

  • 5 of 5

My husband, 11 year old daughter and I stayed in Brandon's house for a week while we were visiting family who had recently moved to the Seattle area. This house was perfect for us. The area of Green Lake is very pretty, with lovely well kept homes and very friendly people. The neighbors always smiled and said hello when they saw us. "Our" home, which is how it felt, was extremely well stocked, clean, nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. The living room has a great sofa and TV. The beds are very comfortable. We slept great. We enjoyed the back yard and grill. Every appliance and cooking items are very nice quality. My husband was very impressed and appreciative of the high quality barbeque set. It was great to have a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Brandon was very attentive. The location was prefect for doing things downtown and for getting on the interstate. We will definitely stay at this home again when visiting Seattle. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
