Beautiful place on penthouse level of North Coast Village with southern exposure. Sitting on the top floor there are two balconies (one off the Master Bedroom upstairs).

If you have never been to North Coast Village, it is the jewel of San Diego. The majority of our customers are repeat. It is hard to find a nicer place on the ocean.

Each unit at North Coast Village is individually owned. The quality of each one can vary greatly. This place is top-notch. Remodeled, very well furnished with a decorators touch. Being on the top floor means the best views and no feet knocking around above you.

The complex is walking distance to the Pier right along the sand (0.30 miles), walking distance to the Harbor (about 0.25 miles). Within that walking distance are restaurants, movies, eclectic coffee spots, etc. We still recommend a car to adventure out to the other attractions around San Diego.

Parking is gated, under the building, and your spot is assigned!

Convenient and close to the beach

This property was perfect for our family of 4 on our week long vacation. Legoland was top of our list so we were happy to see how close we were. The condo was great and had everything we needed including beach toys and towels. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to our friends.

It was really worth every penny

Overall it was just great. The place is exactly as the pictures show. It was stocked nicely and the view is both ocean and of the gardens and pools. This is our first visit to Oceanside. In the past we stayed further north in Dana Point. For the price, this was the better deal. Thank you to the owners for making a nice stay and thank you Bill (manager) for making the whole process easy. We'd come back.

A blast in the past

We enjoyed our stay. The room had almost everything we needed. It was stocked with boogie boards and beach towels. Make sure to bring or buy laundry detergent to wash your beach towels...The room does not stock this. Luckily our friends place did and we were able to get some. The place is a bit outdated. The couches were nice and the place was clean. We thought the beds were ok. The kitchen was a bit of a disappointment. The appliances were great, but the countertop was gross. I didn't feel good about preparing food on cracked grout. We were able to make it work, but it was disappointing. We loved the pool and hot tub, the grounds were beautiful, and it was nice to have the game room available. Fun place to stay!

Very clean complex, this unit in particular well maintained

Exceptional vacation, the property itself is very well maintained and right in the beach. This particular unit is also very well maintained, newer appliances, clean, nice boogie boards, which was important to my family. Bill was tremendous, the complex had a power outage during our stay, which was beyond the control of Bill, and he did an excellent job of communicating updates, proactively addressing questions, and keeping everyone up to date, going above and beyond even talking to the actual guys doing work, rather than relying on third person updates. After returning from our vacation, we found we misplaced an item at the unit, he located it, and returned to us. Couldn't be happier with all facets of our stay, and Bill in particular.

Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your condo. There was no detail overlooked. The grounds were beautiful, choice of two pools, and the layout of the condo was perfect. The kids had a great time with easy access to the beach, as well as the closeness to many attractions the area had to offer. The treats made the kids day. Thanks again Susan for allowing us to create some family memories at your condo. Simply Amazing.
