2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Gulf Front Condo, directly on the beach, with great views

Week of April 1 now open due to a last minute change of plans: 7 days for $2650 including all taxes and fees. We recently purchased this condo, and have already added many extras, including new bedding, furniture, bedroom carpeting, appliances, and kitchen equipment, as well as a closet full of beach equipment. Our bright and colorful unit is located in one of the two buildings closest to and directly facing the ocean. We are located on the third level and have a clear view above the dune vegetation (there is ground level parking and condos located on levels 2-4). You will enjoy lovely vistas of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico from the entire living/dining/kitchen area as well as the master bedroom and fully screened lanai. Our quiet location offers both stunning direct gulf front views and wonderful privacy, both in the condo and on the lanai, with no pool noise during the day and no distracting lights at night. Watch for dolphins and seabirds by day and sleep to the sound of waves and crickets at night.

Sanibel Island is the ideal destination for photographers and nature lovers and is home to the famous Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge. There are miles of bicycle and hiking trails throughout the island and great kayaking, canoeing, and sport fishing nearby. Tarpon Beach is a low density resort centrally located directly on a beautiful shelling and swimming beach and close to many great restaurants and unique shops, as well as to the cinema and live theater.

Great condo with all necessities!

We had a girl's week here. We absolutely loved the condo. I would change out the twin beds but I suppose it works for families. Seriously, the view is to die for! The decor is fabulous! We didn't want to leave. There is even chairs, nets, and floaties in the storage closet. A wagon would help to bring stuff to the beach. Hopefully I will be back!!!!!! Thanks for making your home, our home!!!!!

Fabulous Vacation!

This was our first trip to Sanibel with our two little boys. We had the most amazing vacation! We were able to stay for two weeks and absolutely fell in love with the island, and we had nothing but rave reviews for Tarpon Beach. We felt at home at this cozy and nicely decorated condo. The condo was well equipped and very clean. The view of the ocean was breath taking. On days when I had to be home for nap time, I didn't even mind. Sitting on the lanai, reading a book, and enjoying the view was wonderful. We spent many afternoons watching the sunset from the beach but dinner by sunset in the condo was just as special. Everything about Tarpon Beach was great: its location on the island made for great bike riding, the pool was nice, and the short walk over the boardwalk to the beach was fantastic! The vacation was perfect! We even named the fish that we got for Christmas, Sanibel. We were so sad to leave and just two months later, we are hoping to plan our next vacation there. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

A Hidden Gem of Sanibel Island- Truly Beautiful!!!

We spent a week in this condo, and enjoyed it. The location is perfect. It is close to everything, yet the condo is very private, right on the beach, and we had an impression at times that we were all alone there, with all that beauty and the ocean just for us.:) The condo is very well maintained, clean, and it has everything you need. The pool in the complex is also very private, big, and clean. I loved the shell-washing station! The view from the lanai is breathtaking. The owners are wonderful, caring people,. who truly want their guests to have a great time. The agency is also great-very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this place. We had a three year old with us, and it was a kid-friendly place as well. I will dream of Sanibel and this condo during all those cold months in Illinois. Thank you.
