Why Brett Stephan chose Fremont
I grew up on this lake, mom and dad live 2 homes down and there is no other lake as beautiful and relaxing to me and my family as Lake Pleasant. We are blessed to have this lovely home!
Every detail in this home was charming. We had a relaxing stay. The kitchen is full with EVERYTHING you need. Right down to spices. Bathrooms have it all except your own shampoo. Games/movies included. Top of the line. Loved it.
the property is fantastic
This was our second visit and were very pleased with all the amenities and cleanliness of this homeaway . Had it not been for the odor in the water, we would give it a 5 star rating. Thank you to the owners for being readily available if we had any issues. Will consider returning again next year .
Very friendly people & owner
This property was more than we expected. Plenty of comfortable space for our group. All of the essentials needed for an effortless stay. Would recamed this property.
We had such a relaxing time!
The Stephen’s Lake House was the perfect getaway to spend some quality time with our mother. Thank you Brett!!
Clean and modern lake house with an open concept
Our family of 8 enjoyed our 5 days at this Lake Pleasant home. My two sons, their wives and toddlers loved it. We appreciated the ample room and sleeping areas. The sun room was great for meals on windy days. It feels like you're outside. Our family enjoyed fishing, skiing, tubing, canoeing, kayaking and the evening campfires. The weather was everything you'd expect in Northern Indiana, but we made the best of it.
Lake Pleasant is nestled in a rural area, yet in less than a 10 minute drive, you can enjoy outlet mall shopping, Pokagon State Park, Wild Winds Buffalo Preserve, Tom's Donuts, Downtown Angola Square shopping, antique shopping, golfing, ice cream at Scoops, several wonderful restaurants, Satek Winery, etc. Within a 20- 30 minute drive the historic Coldwater community, Shipshewana and all of its Amish and Mennonite charm, flea markets, auctions, shopping, dining, and entertainment.
