A lovely spacious unit with over 1250 square feet of living space. High Cathedral ceilings throughout, and huge picture windows on the corner end make this light and airy feeling with amazing tropical ocean views in one of West Maui's most prestigious oceanfront boutique resorts with one 6 villas per building. Low rise, low density and over 3 oceanfront/beachfront acres! Nothing else quite like it.

Our villa offers spacious living areas, with living room and dining combo, open concept with kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and everything you'll need for a relaxing stay in your home away from home...right at the beach.


New 55" flat screen in living room, each bedroom has a smaller TV also!

Oceanfront swimming pool and spacious jacuzzi that can comfortably seat about 8 people, several clean gas bbqs and cabana with tables for beachside dining. A great place to meet new friends and enjoy the sunsets while sipping your favorite drink and eating freshly cooked island fish and fruits (grille your pineapple) YUM!

5* I enjoyed a much needed vacation in your lovely condo! It was so peaceful and relaxing. I didn't use the TV or listen to music because I did not want to drown out the sound of the ocean waves and the sounds of the birds. I especially enjoyed the early mornings drinking coffee on the lanai. The access to the beach was fantastic, the pool was refreshing and the lounges very comfortable. I look forward to my next visit!

About Janet Howell

Over the past 30 or so years I've been coming to Maui on family vacations, and decided it was time to buy my own. I knew it had to be in this area of West Maui, its the best! When I found this condo I feel in love with the location and knew I would buy it sight-unseen. After viewing the inside I was in love! So much privacy, and not just ocean and beach views, but lush green coconut trees, and flowers....and an ideal corner end unit. The grounds are meticulously maintained, the location convenient away from all the high rises and hustle bustle of tourism and close enough to be there in 5 minutes.

Property is excellent, unit is not... I gave this unit a 0 star rating but the rating would not acce

Upon entering our unit we were time warped back to 1976. 2" Tile kitchen counter tops, missing florescent tube light bulbs in kitchen, old painted kitchen cabinet doors, dirty furniture, clogged bathtub drain, no bed frame in master bedroom, unit was dirty, outdated, lanai chair legs corroded and uneven, hard to sit in. $45.00 stand alone microwave, Grandson ( 5 yrs. old ) sat in kitchen chair and fell thru seat ( wood rotten ).Free International and local calls were free as none of the telephones ( 4 of them ) had batteries that would hold a charge. Ants inside the dishwasher daily and throughout the unit. Found a few cockroaches too. Would not recommend this unit to anyone we know.

Beautiful View, Could Use Upgrades

We had a group of three adults stay here and the property was nice, though a bit dated and dingy. A good cleaning (underneath beds and behind furniture) would help, but the pricing is extremely reasonable and the condo is very comfortable.

Though not air conditioned, there were some large fans available to use, they could also have been more thoroughly cleaned. With a couple of fans, you can create a nice cross-breeze throughout all rooms with the slatted windows open. Once we figured this out, we all slept better with the cool air. The unit has a nice supply of beach chairs and snorkelling gear, as well as towels and soaps. Kahana Village also has a great pool/hot tub area, with lovely grounds and you have access to a beach directly from the pool area. Very convenient. We had two adults share a bed, then one upstairs in the loft, which was comfortable, especially because the loft room has its own bathroom. The coffee pot broke during our stay, but the owner was prompt in resolving the issue with no inconvenience to us. Great service.

The property is located in Kahana, which is a quiet area, though you do hear traffic noise from the small street, and the garbage pick-up for the entire condo facility is right outside the unit, so the massive truck is quite loud (but only for a very short time). There is a nice mix of tourists and locals. Nearby, about a 10 minute walk, there are pubs and restaurants (Chinese food, Dollies Pub which has great pizza, and the Maui Brewing Company Pub) as well as a very nice coffee shop (Hawaiian Village Coffee) which has coffee, breakfast and Kombucha on tap. There is also a McDonalds and gas station/grocery store. Lahaina (with bustling Front Street) is about a 15 minute drive away and Napili Bay (beach and snorkelling) only about 10 minutes away.

The best part of staying here was the view from the balcony! Every night we could watch the sun set over the ocean and see Moloka'i in the distance. There were families walking along the shoreline, people fishing and boats on the water. A beautiful scene every time.

Overall we enjoyed our stay because we got great value for our money and the views were outstanding. With the same budget, we would stay here again, however we will consider increasing our budget for future trips to get something with more bedrooms and air conditioning. This place is ideal for 2-3 independent adults or two couples looking for a quieter location.
