Newly remodeled condo with granite floors and countertops, original artwork and historical photos, and full gourmet kitchen. Located directly across from the world-famous Del Mar Racetrack, the condo is a few minutes walk to wonderful local restaurants and a half mile from north county beaches and the Cedros Design District. It is quiet and secluded and at the same time in the heart of north county activity.
Included is a beach parking pass for free parking at California State beach parks.
The owners Erik and Mick grew up in the area and can give you information on the best spots as well as hidden gems only known to locals in the area

The local area has blossomed into a friendly, relaxed place to stroll, shop in the Design District, surf, bicycle, kayak, golf. We love to share Solana Beach's village atmosphere with visitors.
We love the quiet condo complex that is less than a mile from freeways, beaches, boutique shops, incredible restaurants and all sorts of sports activites.
I had a lovely, extended stay (of approximately 10 weeks) at Triple Crown, VRBO Property ID 599780.
It is well and accurately described in the VRBO account. The location is near the Del Mar racetrack (which accounts for the horse racing theme in the art) with excellent access on and off Interstate 5.
There is both a front and rear patio.
I found the condo to be quiet.
The nearby swimming pool was nicely heated as was the jacuzzi.
The owners were responsive to my (few minor) concerns.
The bed is large and comfortable.
There is an indoor garage.
The kitchen is well-appointed -- though I wish there had been a steel with which to sharpen the knives.
Wireless coverage is good. There is no DVD player.
I would recommend the property and its owners.
Our two-week stay at the G-spot was truly enjoyable. From its location in Solana Beach to its location in the development, the condo offered so many benefits. It is only a five minute drive to fantastic shopping, close to the 5, a hop-skip-and jump away from the Torrey Pines Nature Reserve, literally across the street from the Del Mar Race Track and only a short walk to the dog beach, a fun place even if you don't own a dog; the location couldn’t have been better. The condo itself is only steps away from the heated pool and hot tub. Eric, the cordial owner, was helpful and responsive, greeting us with a bottle of wine and a note welcoming us to the G-spot. It was perfect for us, providing herbs, spices and oils for cooking as well as other condiments, a grill on the patio, and a fireplace that added a romantic ambiance to the comfortable setting. The kitchen is efficient and well-equipped for a chef; the dining room and outdoor patio provide the comforts of home. The bedroom is large and the bathroom is modern, marble with two sinks--ideal for couples. The living room with love seat make late night movie watching fun and comfy. I recommend a stay at the G-spot. It’s just what you’re looking for.
My wife and I spent Thanksgiving in this exceptional condo. The condo was very well stocked, Erik had a welcome basket for us, with a lots of goodies. The location was great, walking distance to the beach, and restaurants. Great location for visiting family and exploring the North San Diego coastline. We will definitely stay there again.
My wife and I spent a wonderful week in early December (2015) at this exceptional condo. The unit was nicely decorated as well as being stocked with pretty much everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owner's were very informative upon arrival and accommodating with a couple of our requests.The cable TV channel selection was excellent, and the wireless internet worked flawlessly. We thought the location was great for exploring the North San Diego coastline.
Condo exceeded our expectations. Well stocked & provided items well beyond necessary.
Location was great as we spent most of the time in N. County. Walking distance to restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped. Two coffee makers. Whole Foods less than one mile away. Complex was very quiet although upstair's neighbor a bit heavy footed.

The condo was excellently furnished and the location fantastic. I was greeted by the owner and he showed me the property and everything involved. The owners had every furnishing you can think of and even supplied fruit, drinks, and were very kind and thoughtful. Everything was first class from the dishes and accessories in the kitchen to the towels and accessories in the bath. The king size bed was awesome also. The location is close to great restaurants, shopping and the beach. This property is one of the very nicest I have rented and will rent there again in the future.
