About Rob Zent
My parents built this house in 1969. I remember when there were only three houses on the entire street. I recently purchased the house from my parents. My wife and I have three children, and really enjoy the cabin but with teenagers don't get to use as much as we would like, but want to retire here. We have decided to rent the cabin out so that others can enjoy all of the great benefits of this community.
Rob Zent purchased this Cabin in 1969
Why Rob Zent chose Munds Park
It is located on one of the larger lot areas in Munds Park, and is on a lot and a half located in a cull da sac with lots of very large ponderosa pine trees surrounding the home with plenty of area for kids to play in. The home has three large bedrooms with an open floor plan, which is great for families. There are so many things to do near by, golfing, tennis, fishing, hunting, hiking, biking, sightseeing, wildlife viewing, skiing, snowmobiling, taking walks down the paved streets, trail riding, etc. Well located for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Lake Powell and many other great places within the area.
What makes this Cabin unique
Home is near golf course and lake, in a cul da sac, many large towering ponderosa pines on the property, with three large bedroom, two bedrooms with California kings, and one bedroom with two sets of trundle beds which will sleep four. Large deck for gathering with family and friends with outside fire pit for BBQ or roasting marshmallows.

Enjoyed Our Time
We enjoyed our time at this home in Munds Park. We would suggest updating the furniture which is quite dated, and one thing my children mentioned is how creaky all the floors are; other than that we loved the home and would consider staying there again. Thank you!
Worked out well as a last minute booking. Rustic cabin feel.
Rob, the owner, met me in person and showed me around. All went well with the exception of opening and closing the front door, but we worked around it. Kid and dog friendly.
great place But unfair “damage” charges!!
we want a review of damage charges! i personally washed all dishes before we left! maybe a last minute coffee cup etc left in sink. “ paint” on card table. we used no paint! “ did not restore furniture placement to original arrangement” furniture arrangement was very awkward esp in upstairs bedroom. no bedside table at all so i moved table from other side of room which i am SURE the next renters would have greatly appreciated! “refrigerator not cleaned out” we left some reusable food items JUST LIKE PERSON BEFORE US DID
Sent pictures to Lynne of refrigerator full of dishes with food left in them, containers of opened yogurt, partial head of lettuce, etc. Microwave and stove top were covered with splattered food all over them. Also sent her picture of kids paint kit and paintbrush found left in trash can that matches the paint on table top. She claimed four adults and one child, but used two king size beds and four double beds.
Best quiet weekend ever. Can’t wait to go back.
The home gave us the true cabin experience. Beds were clean and comfortable. We spent a very nice quiet weekend surrounded by beautiful panderosa pine trees. We felt like we were far away from everything, but conveniently only 20 minutes away from Flagstaff.
Cool and relaxing amongst the trees.
Enjoyed our stay . Great spot to venture to the Grand Canyon from and return and relax on the deck with a cookout for all. We enjoyed taking a walk in the quiet neighborhood and watching the squirrels running around. A great spot to get away from the city noise and chaos.
We booked a weekend at Riventides for a family gathering with adult children and spouses. We knew it was a special place from the moment we stepped out in the yard and were greeted by a pair of bald eagles gliding over the Navarro River canyon heading out to the Pacific. The house is so charming and extremely comfortable with plenty of room to relax and visit together. We enjoyed grilling and cooking In the well equipped kitchen, and ending our evenings fireside before falling asleep in the very cozy and comfortable beds. It is a great location for exploring the Mendocino area as well as the fantastic vineyards of Anderson Valley. Riventides is a truly inspiring getaway and a wonderful place to reconnect with dear family who live on opposite coasts. We hope to return one day soon! Thank you for allowing us to share your very unique home and glorious property.
Wrong property. We are not near a river or the Pacific. We are located just south of Flagstaff, Az.
