This is a gorgeous and recently renovated private 'Pottery Barn Style' home with magnificent views of the ski slopes. In addition to being a beautiful home, this house is literally a block from Main Street which means you can walk to everything Breck has to offer...shops, restaurants, art galleries, ice rink, sledding hill at Carter Park...Breckenridge Brewery is a 3 minute walk! With the recent renovation this house boasts beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen and all three bathrooms, slate entry ways, Australian cypress wood floors throughout the main level, new carpet in the bedrooms, stainless steel appliances, all brand new mattresses and Pottery Barn bedding! What makes this house so different from the others is the fact that it has 3 bedrooms on 3 different floors; each bedroom with it's own full bath. The house is located across from open space, so its perfect for the kids to play football, soccer or throw a frisbee...and this quaint neighborhood is the perfect place for your little ones to safely ride bikes. The kitchen and dining room have spectacular views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort and you have plenty of seating to have large family gatherings as the dining table easily seats 8 plus an additional 3 seats at the counter. The family room on the main level has a fireplace with gorgeous stone from the floor to the high vaulted ceiling. The main floor has a large deck where you can enjoy the amazing mountain views whether you are relaxing in the hot tub or grilling dinner for your friends and or family. There is also a large front porch.
Bedding Configuration: Top Floor - King bed, large walk in closet and double vanity updated master bathroom, deck from master bedroom with stunning ski hill views.
Middle Floor - Queen bed, 3 way updated full bathroom,
Bottom Floor bedroom - Queen Bed and a bunk bed and updated private full bath as you step out of the door.
The den on the bottom floor can also serve as a 4th bedroom as it has a full sofa sleeper (The bed in the sofa sleeper has been custom made and is much more comfortable than a normal sofa bed) or just a second living space! Please note that the den does not have a door to close.
This house has several additional amenities including a 7 person private hot tub, gas fireplace, Weber grill with BBQ tools, connected garage, 4 flat screen TV's (including a 50' in the family room) 2 DVD players, hi-speed internet (WIFI), stereo system and a washer/dryer. This house has a fully equipped kitchen including cookware, platters, small appliances and spices. This house has everything you need to host an intimate or large family dinner! There is a single car garage attached to the house; also room for 2 additional cars in the driveway. This house is ideal for your family as you are able to use the unlocked items, such as the stroller, sleds/tubes (which is perfect for the sledding hill at Carter Park), Pak and Play, baby bath/bath toys, baby swing, high chair, games, and toys.
You can literally leave your car parked in the garage and walk to all of Breck's best places or the bus stop is roughly 70 yards away from the front door which can take you to Peak 9 and/or the Gondola. You can also catch a bus, the 'Summit Stage', to Keystone or Copper Mountain at the ice rink which is less than 155 yards away.
In the summer you can enjoy the nearby Carter park, the new train park across the street, the best mountain biking trails out the back door, and so much more!
There is absolutely NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED. We do charge a cleaning fee varying on the size of your group.
This is a quiet neighborhood with an active homeowner's association and is kept very well and peaceful.
Our goal is for you to have an amazing experience in Breck and a space that truly feels like your home away from home! You will be working with the owners and not a rental agency and we will ensure that you have an amazing stay!
***If you are looking for a larger house you may be able to rent this house plus our other house that's located directly across the street. This would provide you with a 6 bedroom, 6 full bath house. Both houses are newly renovated and gorgeous!

We are a married couple and have 3 wonderful and 'busy' children ages 7, 6 and 3. We live in Denver and fell in love with this neighborhood when we purchased our first house across the street from this house a few years ago With 3 kiddos that already love to ski, it was important for us to find a ski house that is convenient to get to the slopes as well as easy to walk to everything versus loading the kiddos up in the car! As I mentioned, we purchased another home in Breck Mountain Village and loved it so much that we decided to buy another house!

What makes this House unique
The unique benefit is the fact that all the 3 bedrooms have their own full baths (3) and they are all on separate floors allowing for privacy for everyone. In addition, the 2 living spaces are ideal for families! It is our goal to make sure you feel like you are at a home away from home. We include the little things like; shampoo/conditioner/body wash, toiletries, spices, and much more so you can show up and just relax. We are very selective with who we rent to and therefore both of our houses are kept in immaculate condition!

Great location. Walking distance to everything. Right next to a bus stop. House is very well situated. Great layout, kids can have lower level and adults upstairs. Works well for sanity purposes😁
We really loved our stay and it was so incredibly convenient. The house is great, especially if you have small children. They had it fully stocked with paints and arts and crafts. My husband found a ton of games the day before we left; our kids were too little (young toddlers) but lots of options for game play for anyone with older kids.
The house was also stocked well with toiletries; having the full size washer and dryer was a life saver. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels.
Incredibly responsive owner!
The home was just as described and more. We came up with two families, including three kids. The kitchen has more amenities, dishes, and utensils than one could have expected, including both K-Cup and tradition coffee machines, a Crockpot, and a overly complete spice/condiment shelf.
This tri-level duplex home has only one thermostat (on the main/kitchen level), so managing hot/cold for everyone could have been difficult, but the owner has space heaters, fans, and humidifiers in every room to accommodate.
Any request we had of the owner was answered/addressed immediately...very impressive.
Even in the winter this home is walking distance, via path, to Main St. Breckenridge, the sledding hill at Carter Park, and to the shuttle stop for the mountain.
We would highly recommend this home!

Very nice house, great for a small group of friends. We had a nice short walk into town. The owners were very accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone!
It exceeded our expectations
Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood and once you arrive you will not need your car again! It is a block from Main street where you will find all of Breck's best restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Just steps away; the shuttle bus will take you right to the slopes which is very convenient versus walking in your ski boots. In the summer you can enjoy beautiful hikes, mountain bike rides right outside the front door. In addition, Carter park is across from our neighborhood and offers amazing sledding hills and a fun park for the kiddos year round. The ice skating rink is across the street as well as a brand new train park. There is a City Market grocery store as you arrive in Breckenridge, however, there is an amazing local grocery store just a few blocks away where you will find almost everything you will need.
