We spent 10 years in Cape Coral, west of Fort Myers and love the area, but after visiting the beaches north of Cape, we fell in love with the white sand and the Emerald green water. So all of are here now!
What makes this Condo unique
Our unit is a reasonable, all tile updated unit, large walk-in tile shower in master bath. Guest bedroom with two queen beds in a 1400 sq feet total unit. Large kitchen with granite counter tops.

Great facilities fantastic location
The condo was spectacular. Very clean and well decorated. All the comforts of home. Everything you need to make your own meals plus towels and beach equipment. Even though this is the furthest unit from the beach you still have a view of gulf. The building is well constructed so you can't hear the traffic of the street. The pool and hot tub were great when you needed a break from the beach which is incredible. Because it is up one level it was protected even when it was windy on the beach. No sand in the face!! Went during spring break and even then we felt like we were able to enjoy everything without feeling crowded. I liked the security of having keys to and from the pool and condo unit to keep it private. The 3- full size grills outside were a great touch we cooked on them several times. The bird sanctuary next door is a great way to enjoy nature but sometimes smells just a bit. The location was great, short drives to restaurants, pharmacy, liquor store and grocery store. We drove to Tampa to visit Busch Gardens, the zoo and aquarium which was also a very manageable ride. This is a great location just enough away from the major hustle and bustle of the booming big towns.
THIS UNIT WAS ROOMY HOWEVER THAT WAS THE BEST FEATURE. WE DID NOT FEEL THAT THE UNIT WAS CLEAN, SHEETS AND PILLOWS WERE STAINED.
WE DID HAVE TO CALL THE OWNERS ABOUT THE KEY CODE AND THE WIFI. KEY CODE WAS CHANGED WHEN WE GOT THERE AND OWNERS DID NOT GET BACK TO US ON WIFI SHE HAD SAID SHE DROPPED HER PHONE AND HAD TO GET BACK TO US. WE WENT UP TO THE POOL DECK AND THE POOL WAS SMALL AND NOT CLEAN. YOU COULD NOT EVEN SEE THE BOTTOM OF THE POOL IT WAS SO CLOUDY. THE REALLY WORST PART WAS THE CONDO WAS RIGHT NEXT TO A HOME FOR BIRDS AND THE SMELL WAS SO BAD YOU COULD NOT GO OUT ON THE BALCONY & WITH THE HEAT THE WAY IT WAS THE SMELL WAS WORST JUST GOIING IN AND OUT OF THE UNIT. WE MOVED TO ANOTHER CONDO ON WED THURS AND FRIDAY FARTHER DOWN BY JOHNS PAST.
AWESOME UNIT is what Sheila a renter that stay before Traci's stay wrote in her review. Traci's response is very odd. Just look at the history of our reviews. What is concerning is the owners stopped by the unit July 5th to check on the cleaning company, replace a new chest in the guest bedroom and replace the sheets with new white cotton sheets. They
left to spend some time at the clean sparkling pool for a few hours. The unit was on its final cleaning hour and it was perfect. Traci may have misrepresented our unit because she booked a unit at St. Johns pass. She needed a place to stay for one day and she wants a refund from our unit. (My cleaning company told me that is what some vacationers do unfortunately.) Smells like a fish to me. Traci only called once about the door code info that was on the information sheet she received via email which includes the Wi-Fi info and the same info was accessible from the hospitality info sent from VRBO. Yes, we did change the code for our guest safety. I gave her the new code as soon as she called. Wouldn't YOU want your SAFETY first with a little inconvenience of calling the owner. I did not hear from Traci the rest of her stay and VRBO Customer service did not either. Now, wouldn't you call the owner or VRBO customer service if you paid for a unit and did not get what you expected. Wouldn't you call and demand the unit get re-cleaned if it was soooo bad?? I know I certainly would! This whole story boggles my mind....Maybe Linda K could be related to her and they are trying to decrease our annual rentals. Umm
This unit is spotless! The furniture is awesome. The place smells fresh and clean. Our family loved the bird sanctuary. We would have coffee and enjoy the morning with nature. This place has everything! The pool is very large and sparkling clean. We would definatly come here again! We loved the under building parking. The owners were so assessable and the info sheet was wonderful. We will cme back next year!
What a great experience...
My guest and I arrived on Sunday and the condo perfect. The location right on the beach was fantastic. We walked the beach everyday. A short drive to Clearwater for more restaurants and entertainment. We were fortunate that there was no rain all week. The amenities were great. The condo was spotless. It had everything you needed to dine in. We have already reserved next years stay.
Great location and clean condo.
We came for our family getaway and this was our second trip to this area. The layout of the condo worked great and there was plenty of space for our family of 6. The birds were entertaining for the kids to watch when we were on the patio. Loved that we had Gulf views from the patio as well. If you have kids, there is an abundance of toys for the beach, which was awesome!! The homemade ice cream shop is only a half mile away along with some parks for the kids.

Deposit is required at time of booking. Entire weekly rental due 20 days before booked date plus tax. Normal rental period is 7 days Saturday to Saturday. Check in 3 pm, check out 10 am.
