This resort community is located on the west side of the Big Island, about 25 miles north of Kona. The island's best white sand beaches, championship golf courses and the Dolphin Quest at Hilton Waikoloa are only a short 10 minute drive away. Best of all, this house is very inexpensive compared to resort hotels or closely spaced condos.
From our covered lanai; watch the sunset over the Pacific or simply enjoy Waikoloa breezes while relaxing or dinning outside. Speaking of dinning, you can cook to your heart's content in our fabulous kitchen or go out to the many restaurants located nearby.
Our home includes a great room with a 65" flat screen TV as well as 2 other flat screen TV's offering cable and high speed WiFi connectivity. The air conditioned house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with 2 King Beds and 1 Queen Bed. We also have a rollaway for that "extra" 7th guest.
In our backyard, you can relax in the spa while viewing magnificent sunsets or use the outdoor shower after laying out in the sun. For beach excursions, 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs are provided along with snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach towels and a ice chest. Need to do laundry? No problem because our laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. In addition, you will find a iron, steamer, ironing board and detergent.
If golf is your game; enjoy the Waikoloa Village Golf Course at a reduced rate. Simply ask, our property manager for discount cards. In fact, 5 other golf courses are located within 20 minutes of our house. By the way, you are only 15 minutes from the best snorkeling and swimming beaches on the Big Island. If you are a fishing enthusiast, the Kona Coast is world renown for some of the best fishing in the islands. That being said, the whale migration route is along the Kohala coast and viewing points or charter boats are easily accessible from Waikoloa Village. FYI; Whale migration is usually December thru April.
