Gulf Front Spacious Corner Condo - Las Brisas, Madeira Beach. *Sept special

This is our family's 3rd year to rent this unit. It is an absolutely beautiful condo: best baldony view on Madeira Beach! ALL the beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked for family meal cooking! (Great restaurants in the area too!) The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated and we absolutely love the beach and pool!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Had a family of 4 adults and 1 baby and there was tons of space. Nice to have so much seating room in the living room and the huge patio sliders provided great views. The large corner balcony was also a great bonus! I thought the master room was perfect, loved waking up to the sounds and views of the ocean - bed was super comfy. We would def stay again. The set up is basically 2 master style rooms - both bathrooms have 2 entrances from bedroom and hall. Nice feature for 2 couples. Restaurants across the street to walk to - grocery store a quick drive. Overall a really great vacation!!

We are completing a wonderful month here at Las Brisas. This is our second year here and we are looking forward to returning next year. The location is fabulous, near shopping and restaurants. The price is reasonable and Nicole has been great to work with. The pool is seldom crowded and the grille area well kept with 2 gas grilles. The beach is clean and wide with lots of room for all and never crowded. The unit is large and clean as promised with many amenities. It was redecorated last summer and some new furniture added. A corner unit so we have great 180 degree views up and down the beach from the balcony. The AC works well but is seldom needed. We always enjoy our time here

I really loved the "corner" aspect of the Condo. The rooms were spacious and were well maintained. I enjoyed the decor, it really gave it that beach vacation feel. The washer and dryer was used everyday and worked great! The two car parking spot is a great amenity. The beach itself is nice, I liked how there was a sandbar that separated deep and shallow waters. I definitely liked how everything was close (less than 10 minutes from groceries). The pool was a great depth especially if you have a child that is learning how to become a stronger swimmer. At first I was uneasy of using VRBO but the whole booking process was a breeze! I will definitely come back in the next year or so!

We had an amazing week, I would recommend the condo for families or couples looking for a relaxing beach get away. We only had one day of high winds and stormy weather. After that, the weather was beautiful. While John's pass is close by, we did utilize uber a few times, and they arrived within minutes, for only a few dollars each way. Very reasonable. Groceries are within a few blocks also.

As far as the condo goes, we did not experience any glitches and we were able to access a few hours early on arrival which was very nice. I would definitely rent again.
