Beautifully furnished new owners unit.Breathe taking views of crystal white beach, moonlight on the ocean waters & to the right is the sunset view over the bay from this very large balcony. Makes you want to stay forever! We have provided upgraded pillowtop mattresses for all the beds for comfortable a good nights rest. We have a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliance, breakfast bar area & bar area in kitchen. Nice sized dining table with 6 chairs, 3 tv's, dvd player,board games and cards, tennis rackets to borrow and a desk area for your laptop use. Plenty of white bath towels are furnished. Laundry Rm with new Washer & Dryer, hanging rack for damp bathing suits & towels & ironing board. Master bath with whirlpool jacuzzi tub and separate glass enclosed shower for your relaxed getaway.

Ground level of this building walks you straight to a very large pool & grills. Step right out of the pool area to the flat walk area straight to the beach. Our walk way also provides a ramp at the end directly to the sand for those who can not do steps. (Orange Bands in Unit to keep while you are at the Pool/Please leave for next person)Walk down to Florida's largest pier on the Gulf for Fishing. Also along the walk way from the beach is Outdoor Hoses and Shower that is there for you to use to wash off any Sand of your equipment or yourself. We Ask that you KEEP SAND OUT of the condo PLEASE. We also have Tennis Courts on Property. We are walking distance to Rocco's Italian Restaurant or Juana's Tiki Hut for breakfast, lunch or dinner(Zumba classes are held at Juana"s too). Across the bridge is plenty of shopping, grocery stores, post office, walmart, dining, zoo and entertainment. Best of all is the beaches on this island. The city park is walking distances down at the corner and the national seashore is just a few minute drive or bike ride down the other direction, which you do not want to miss out on. This is absolutely a beautiful beach. ATTRACTIVE & CLEAN IS WHAT YOU WILL FIND AT OUR BEACH HOUSE. WE HOPE YOU WILL RESPECT AND TAKE CARE OF PLACE AS THOU IT WHERE YOUR PLACE. Many years we spent in the Panama City, Destin & Fort Walton areas. About 8 years ago we ventured to Navarre Beach and fell in love even more with the beautiful beaches there. We found it was less crowded and enjoy the natural beauty on the national seashore area there. We decided as a family we wanted to come to this island all the time.

Clean, safe, private & well kept gated community. Located facing the beach and backs up looking at the bay. Just beautiful surroundings.

Has a very large pool, weight room, tennis courts, covered parking, grills for grilling, sidewalks for walking or biking. Walking distance to the Gulf's Largest Fishing Pier, Juana's, Lagerheads Bar & Restaurant. Conveniently located across the bridge is groceries, shopping, entertainment & downtown Pensacola area. Down the National Seashore Drive takes you to the other end of this Island into the Pensacola Beach Area of tons of shops, places to eat, beach park with local entertainment & the History of Fort Pickens.

Please, We ask that you try to keep the sand out of the home as much as possible. That way we can keep our accomadations in great shape. We leave our beach equipment outside our front door. Pool and beach access is on ground level of elevator and there are bathrooms down there as well. Vehicles have covered parking. Exercise room is located on the first level too. Luxurious yet comfortable

We loved this condo from the moment we walked through the door. The furnishings were beautiful and all of the rooms were a great size. I spent many mornings walking the beach only to get back to the condo and sip coffee on the spacious balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with any cooking item you needed and plenty of storage. The washing machine and dryer were a must after long days at the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable with beautiful linens.

Being on the 6th floor was nice as well. Great view and the elevators were fast so minimal wait. Covered parking specific for your condo, but if you have a large vehicle and don't want to park close to everyone else, you can park on the top deck. You will not be disappointed staying at this condo and will create many wonderful memories that will entice you to come back!!!

Back again for second trip to Navarre, fl.
