July Special only $8250 all inclusive...ALL LEASES SHALL BE WRITTEN FOR A MINIMUM OF 31 DAYS. The daily rate without any discount shall apply to any rental 21 days or less. The renter shall be not be charged a cleaning fee if the home is surrendered within 21 days as well as the electric fee provided the bill is less than $28 per week. Any rental for 31 days or greater shall qualify for a 22% discount w the cleaning fee waived as well as the electric fee. (up to $130 per month). The discounted monthly rate of $280 per day would be the full payment with no additional fees. Rentals from 22 to 30 days shall pay the daily discounted rate plus fees. The refund policy is flexible and clarified in the rental agreement. The upper level is 1000 square feet (1st 16 photos). The downstairs has 2 rooms of 170 and 250 square feet w a full laundry as well as all conveniences including a 55 inch flat screen TV and a/c.. The home are 2 private parking spaces. Only 150 meters to Crescent Bay Beach, acknowledged as one of Laguna Beaches' finest. There are boogie boards, beach umbrellas and chairs and well as 2 bicycles available to use. Panoramic ocean views! House offers plenty of light and expansive view from the main room through the windows and skylight. There are 2 bedrooms/2 baths on the upper level. The master bedroom has black out curtains with an ocean view and steps out onto the deck through the sliding glass door. Premium bedding. Stylish designer-decor complete with 3 flat screen TV's (50'' main room,, 14" 2nd bedroom, 52" downstairs), mini split climate controlled a/c in each room, ground level patio with seating, a private deck off the master bedroom, as well as an additional ocean view deck off the living room. (Air conditioning is often very necessary in Laguna through mid November) Black out vertiglides in the 2nd bedroom along with a/c and a 14” wall mounted TV. Complete amenities on the lower level and which has a separate entrance and features a climate controlled (a/c) den with a 50” TV along with a separate sleeping area with a queen bed as well as laundry facilities. Travertine tile in the living area with radiant heating if needed and new hardwood floors in the 2 upstairs bedrooms and the downstairs sleeping area. Premium bedding (king size) featuring down pillows/comforter w duvet in both bedrooms. Spacious, off street parking with the entrance to the home from a private road a few feet from the front door. Upgrades throughout and a very quiet environment. The main house has a total of about 1500 square feet on the two levels: 1000 on the upper, 500 + on the lower. Everything is in excellent working condition and virtually all the upgrades were completed within the last 3 to 4 years. Boogie boards and beach chairs/umbrellas available for use. There is a basic outdoor barbecue on the deck. 10 mile walk to Village, Shopping, Galleries, Restaurants. Crescent BEACH only 150 meter walk, recognized as one of the most beautiful in all of California. 2.2 miles to Crystal Cove shopping center featuring renowned restaurants (Maestros, Javiers, Bear Flag Fish, Co, Blue Fin Sushi), Trader Joes and shopping. 6 miles to Fashion Island outdoor mall. Pavilions supermarket a few blocks away and next to a Bikrum Yoga studio. Mandarin King Chinese Restaurant a 2 minute walk. Upgrades throughout. ACCESS to the home is off a rarely used alley thus affording privacy and convenience. Please not that if you pay by credit card I do pass along the fees of 2.5% on top of the rental amount.

Why Paul B chose Laguna Beach
I supervised the remodel of this property and did so for myself with an eye on decor and comfort while paying strict attention to detail. The location is amazing as you are just north of the town, about a 12 minute walk, a 2 minute walk to the trolley, thus affording you easy no hassle access to Newport Beach, Crystal Cove, Fashion Island and the 73 Freeway which leads you to the 405.
What makes this House unique
Besides the overall charm and location of the property, the home offers radiant floor heating for the chilly mornings as well as upgraded mini split air conditioning/heating units for each room. Laguna does get hot at times, particularly from late May to September. Parking is also a major issue and there is no shortage of it on this property, besides being extremely private yet just a stones throw from one of the best beaches in Laguna, Crescent Bay

My family and I recently rented Paul's property property in Laguna Beach and can honestly say it was spectacular.
Paul the host was wonderful to deal with he promptly answered all questions & was very welcoming We booked the property from Australia and even with the terrible time difference Paul made himself available at all hours to answer all our questions and made tho booking process so easy
The property is clean and well equipped with everything you need provided the owner has thought of every detail to make this home wonderful all the furniture and equipment is of a very high standard.
This home is just beautiful and the ocean views from the upstairs are breathtaking.
The location could not have been better a very short walk to the beach and close to a large supermarket cafe's and restaurants the tram stop is right at the end of the street with a free tram service which services most of Laguna Beach.

Awesome Home and Location
Rented this property for a month on behalf of relatives that came in from the East Coast. Outstanding property in a great location, convenient to the Laguna trolley and steps to the beach. The house is meticulously maintained and has everything you need. As it was a little beyond my budget, the host was very accommodating in renting the upstairs only at a reduced rate while still providing downstairs laundry access upon request. The upstairs has great ocean views and was more than enough for 3 people. Really appreciate working with Paul who is a very gracious host. 5 stars +
Relaxation in Laguna
Booked a month as I was having construction done on my place in San Diego. Property was well above and beyond expectations. Having 2 very functional levels were great and both were immaculate. Walked to Crescent Bay beach almost daily which is a 4 minute or so walk to the sand. Great location. Air conditioning came in handy. Paul was great as my work was completed 3 days early and he prorated a refund with only a day notice.
Choose another location
In my opinion, this review can be summed up with one word- NO! There are better properties and easier people to deal with. You might also stand a better chance of getting your security deposit back.
The lease was arranged by the reviewers’ wife along with a friend who were supposed to be splitting the time along with 2 teenage athletes in training, each a child of the 2 women, a total of 3 occupants at all times. The reviewer was not an authorized occupant. For the second half of the rental, the reviewer joined his wife, the 2 teenagers, one of whom was his child, as well as 3 other occupants, for a total of 7. Based upon the assurance of 3 occupants at all times, I extended a discounted rate of 275 per day. My utility bills were through the roof, the water coming in at twice the ordinary with similar bills for the electric and gas. I have a strict limit of 5 occupants, though I will allow 6 if there is a young child or infant involved. Besides misrepresenting the number of occupants, they initially failed to meet the 2nd payment installment prior to occupancy, and I sent them back their money sensing a difficult rental. Ms. G called me 3 times pleading me to reinstate the rental and I finally gave in. Of the $2000 security, I retained $650 due to the number of occupants, $125 for cleaning, and $140 for excess utility usage. The balance of the $2000 was promptly returned. I should note that $650 is substantially less than I would have charged for even 6 occupants, and in this case there were 7. Incidentally, they raved about the property before and right after departure. I even overlooked some small damage that was evident upon inspection as I texted the wife a few photos en route to the airport. Integrity and honesty counts, and there was very little of it here.
Excellent location in Laguna Beach!
This was a great spot to stay in Laguna Beach. Easy walking distance to the beaches, very close to the grocery store, and very quite! The views were excellent, and we enjoyed our stay tremendously! Paul was very communicative and easy to work with. Thanks for squeezing in our last-minute vacation!
So much to do and places to see. Local charm, 2 outdoor shopping malls close by and beaches that rival any in the world only steps from the front door
