INSIDE THE HOUSE
The main floor is spacious with high vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows giving stunning panoramic views of downtown. Here, you’ll find a large combined chef’s kitchen, living room and dining space. Upstairs is our amazing deck and lounge area overlooking downtown Austin.
The lower levels of our penthouse have two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Our master bedroom has a queen-size bed, private balcony, and attached master bathroom with a separate jetted tub and shower.
Our second bedroom has two twin beds, views of downtown, and en-suite bathroom with stand-up shower. Both of our bedrooms come complete with flat-screen TV’s and cable.
We are located in one of the most desirable locations in the city, with short walks to Austin's acclaimed outdoor activities and nightlife.
West 6th Street’s hip bars and eateries are all around! Walk next door to Z-Tejas for happy hour margaritas. A little over a block away you’ll find farm-to-table fare at 24 Diner, upscale seafood at Clark’s Oyster Bar and beer, pizza and arcade games at Rounders.
And that’s just within a block! Make a night (or more) of strolling the street and exploring Austin’s hippest locales.

I stayed the week in this condo for a business trip, it was the perfect place. The location is great, close to the Whole Foods flagship store and a lot of shopping and restaurants, the place was cleaned to perfection and had everything I needed. I enjoyed my stay tremendously!
Our Austin digs were great. The cigarette smoke smell form a downstairs tenant (which warning about was relayed well after booking) was a downside, definitely. The apartment itself was perfect. Rooms well separated for sound and privacy, great room a beautiful gathering place for family. All mechanicals etc worked great. Location and Austin itself is perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and Whole Foods made it really convenient.
This property is in a great, central location. The space, location and views made staying here very nice. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable and centrally located place to stay.
I had friends in town from San Diego and we stayed here for four nights. Location is great, the layout of the house is just great. The price of the unit absolutely blows away any hotel, couple that with the view and the sheer quantity of space the unit has - I highly recommend this location for anyone that lives in Austin or is coming from out of town.
My wife, one-year-old son, and I stayed here for two nights in late June. We needed a space where my son could move around safely and where we could easily access some of the main attractions in Austin. We were more than impressed with this unit, and it undoubtedly beat any hotel.
The bilevel condo has ample space, especially in the living room and the rooftop deck (which provides some photogenic views of the skyline and Texas sky). The windows are so tall that I'm not sure we used any lights until 9 PM. The kitchen is well equipped and offers plenty of cookware and dishware. The master bedroom is gigantic, with a bath and closet big enough to make any city dweller envious. The two parking spaces are perfectly located and removed far enough from the street to ease any concerns of damage to our rental car.
The location was ideal. We were within walking distance of the Whole Foods, some higher-end chain retail stores, several restaurants and cafes, and the nightlife of 6th street. A drive to Zilker Park or Mozart's Coffee Roasters/Oyster Landing/Hulu Hut was ten minutes away. We reached UT and the capital's campus in about the same amount of time, also.
This is a great place for a business person or couple travelling in Austin. Next door to Z Tejas and Waterloo Records. Beautiful windows and fantastic outdoor space.
