The Storybook Cottage is a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in Brant Point. The Storybook Cottage may be rented by itself or together with neighboring Enchanted Cottage to accommodate up to 14 guests- perfect for large family vacations! Both houses feature private decks with yard space, off street parking, high end appliances, fine linens, and contemporary art work and finishes.

As with all Copley Nantucket properties, guests of The Storybook Cottage have access to Copley's complimentary concierge service for help making restaurant suggestions, recommending fishing excursions on beach or by boat, day trips, car rentals, and more.

Perfect Place to Stay

This property was everything I thought it would be. It was new, well kept and the perfect size for my family. It was close to town & the beach. The service I received from management was more than I expected. They were very accommodating to requests that I made & were a pleasure to deal with.

Overpriced

The location of the property is very noisy with car and bike and foot traffic. The water pressure is so weak that you can only use the outside shower. The check out policy is ridiculous at 9am and they ask that you clean up and wash the towels for them. What is the cleaning fee for then? I’ve rented many other times on island and had better experiences for this price.

June in Nantucket

This was the perfect property for our June visit. We travelled with two toddlers and we were the perfect distance from jetties beach and childrens beach. We were also able to walk into town for dinners. The house was cute, clean and well appointed. It was everything we could have asked for! See you again next year.

Highly recommend!

Cozy but very well laid out cottage! Great light inside and all the amenities you might want! Walk to town or beach, very convenient! We really enjoyed our stay!!
