Welcome to our fully furnished home at Kai Lani in the gated Ko Olina Resort. Our home is all on one upstairs level directly overlooking the pool and jacuzzi. Excellent views of the ocean, sunset, and tropical gardens from the dining room, living room, master bedroom, and covered lanai. Have a romantic evening on the lanai while listening to Polynesian music from Paradise Cove Luau adjacent to Kai Lani, or enjoy a three minute walk and experience Oahu's best authentic Hawaiian luau at Paradise Cove.
This home has a living area of 1244 square feet, central air conditioning, vaulted ceilings, and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a California King-size bed, large walk-in closet, bathtub, separate shower stall, and double sink vanity with granite countertop. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds, with bathtub and shower, granite countertop on vanity. A one-car garage and one parking stall are provided.
For recreation within the Exclusive Gated Community of Ko Olina Resort, you have the 18 hole par 72 Ted Robinson's Championship Golf Course. Relax on any of the four protected white sand beach lagoons which offer sun bathing, calm and warm water with excellent water visibility for snorkeling and swimming. Paddle boats, kayaks, and other items are available for rent at the Lagoon. The 270 boat slip Ko Olina Marina can arrange for fishing, whale and dolphin watching, snorkeling, scuba diving, boating, and sailing.
Ko Olina Resort has two Wedding Chapels. J.W. Marriott Ihilani offers a full service Spa and fine dining. Roy's Restaurant overlooks the golf course, and many other restaurants and fast food take-outs are a five minute drive to Kapolei.

We had a wonderful month here in February 2014. This condo development is beautifully maintained with lovely gardens and palms. The pool, hot tub and communal BBQ's are well used and well maintained. Our unit was a spacious 2nd floor one with a great view of the pool area and a view of the ocean. The unit was clean and well maintained. The owner was very helpful with a few minor issues we had which were taken care of right away.
We regularly went for long walks in the area and we also made good use of the fantastic four man-made lagoons with protected sand beaches that are just a short walk away. There are also a great selection of restaurants nearby and also a short drive away in Kapolei. We made good use of the local Costco for food purchases.
This is a perfect winter get away for those of use who must get through winters back home.
