We had a wonderful stay at this perfect location! River, close to town and RMNP!

  • 5 of 5

We had an amazing week long stay at this property. You can not beat the location. It is right on the river. We fell asleep each night to the sound of Fall River. A herd of elk surprised us one morning by walking down the opposite side of the river, through the river and right by our house! It was amazing. You can walk to town and you are just minutes from RMNP. Even though you are close to town you still feel very removed from the crowds. Fishing was GREAT just right outside the back door. The house was a little dated, but very clean. There was plenty of bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. It was so nice to sit on the back porch, listen to the river and watch the hummingbirds. We had a perfect week in Estes!

Amazing get away

Charming home with lots of character. The river running behind it and the balcony and deck make it special.

Beautiful River-front Cabin

  • 4 of 5

Relaxing, beautiful views & great rainbow trout fishing! This cabin is very close to Estes Park and RMNP. My only complaint is the cabin was very dusty and needed a good cleaning.

Serene and very comfortable setting close to town

  • 5 of 5

This was perfect for a long weekend. The house was very comfortable in a beautiful serene setting. The sound of the river was heard throughout the house and was very soothing. We didn't feel the need to turn the TV on once so we could enjoy the peacefulness. It felt like we had our own little piece of the river.

The distance to town and RMNP was ideal and easy to get to. We like to try new restaurants so the only downside was that we didn't find many good ones in town (and we tried several). The whiskey bar at the Stanley and Ed's Cantina were the exceptions. We heard Nepal's was good but ended up at Safeway and did some cooking at the house which was well equipped.

We will definitely be back at the next opportunity!
