Large, private walled back yard with pool and spa. Gunite Pool is solar heated and propane heat is available. Spa is heated with propane. The entire pool and back yard area is lighted. Great private area for relaxing or entertaining.

If you want a property which is well appointed, very clean and in wonderful condition, this is the home for you. The backyard has a beautiful pool w/Spa and is wonderfully landscaped, private and quiet.

Very Unpleasant Experience. Consumer Scam Alert! Absurd charges, Substandard Conditions.
This is by far the worse experience I have had renting a vacation rental property. This was not my first time renting in Havasu.
The negative aspects during my stay is that this house is on a very busy street, the driveway has a very steep slope and is very dangerous. Second the hot tub did not work which was very disappointing. As well as the propane in the barbecue went out.
But this is not the worst in comparison to the nightmare I am now facing after we left the property. I received an email from Rick stating that he would not be refunding us our full damage deposit due to the condition of the house we left it. He claimed that towels and linens were stained as well as an outside chair was scratched. He also stated that there was sunblock residue in the bathroom which required additional cleaning. As well as he claimed we had two additional persons staying in the residence based on the fact that all the beds were un made.
All of these claims were false. We had six people staying at the house (max person is 8), but he still charged us for an additional two persons which is absurd. Two members in my party slept on the bunk beds which was extremely uncomfortable, so we made up the sofa bed for them the remainder of our stay. His check out instructions stated that we must remove ALL bedding before leaving which we did.
We followed all his instructions for clean up and check out. Left no trash out, spent time cleaning inside and out, left nothing broken, and left his house in a reasonable fair state that I would say is expected at a vacation rental.
His damage charges are absurd I feel completely scammed and taken advantage of by Rick as well as his personal conduct with me was not professional. The amount of money we spent (over $2300) is not worth what I got from our stay which was substandard.
I have done my research and consulted with an attorney, and discovered that damage deposits are meant to be held for broken items and not meant to be held for normal wear and tear on a house which includes stained linens and towels, scratchs to furniture, or additional cleaning (unless the house is trashed which it was not). Also this is not the first time Rick has done this to other consumers/renters. I am now having to look at my options for pursuing legal action against Rick for unjust damage charges. Know your rights as consumers/renters, you should never be intimidated by the homeowner to give up the damage deposit for general maintenance on a home
Best vacay spot !
7 people and two dogs and still enough space for all of us . The house was amazing , clean and had everything you forgot . The books left on the table were full of information on how to Chk in , Chk out , work all electronics and favorite hot spots of Havasu . Both the owner and manager of home were great . None of the bedrooms shared a wall so you felt like you had privacy . The back yard was an oasis and these pictures do no justice ..... even better in person . We will rent from here again .
Beautiful home for snow-bird winter rental
We rented this home for the 2017 winter snow-bird season with another couple. We really enjoyed it. The owner was very easy to work with and responsive to any issues that came up. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with any supplies we needed. Our favorite part of the property was the patio and the pool. We weren't able to get in the pool until the March time frame due to the chillier weather, but we spent a lot of time outside on the patio enjoying it. The landscaping and lighting is beautiful. The patio was well stocked with plenty of furniture and a grill to enjoy the outside view. We highly recommend this home.
Beautiful house, extremely clean, very well place near the downtown of Lake Havasu city, near the London bridge. Poll and spa was great.

We loved this house! Everything was super clean, kitchen well stocked and the backyard amazing. The owner takes very good care of his house and his guest!! The backyard is so private and relaxing. Kids LOVED the pool!!!
Beautiful Home & Pool
Home is immaculate; inside and out, and very well appointed. The artwork is beautiful, kitchen is well stocked. It is evident that the owner takes very good care of his home and cares about giving the best possible experience to his clients. We are a family of five adults and had plenty of room. Pool was heavenly and very much appreciated. Owner communicated well, addressed questions and refunded security deposit promptly. When in Lake Havasu City it is all about Lake Havasu. There are plenty of boat rental companies to choose from if you do not own your own watercraft. There is also no shortage of quality restaurants. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this listing. I look forward to returning in the near future.
