This private Gulf Beach Front 3 bedroom corner condo unit has stunning views of the sugar sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The lovely entry hall leads you into the the open living area, kitchen and dining that overlook the Gulf of Mexico.

The master suite is located off the living area with french doors. You can see the ocean from the king sized bed. The master suite has a walk in closet double vanity with 2 sinks, jacuzzi jetted tub, walk in shower, private toilet room and flat screen TV.

King suite 2 is located off the entry hall at the front door and has a king bed, private bath with tub/shower combo and flat screen TV.

Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed that sleeps 3 and flat screen TV.

This unit is perfect for those who like the convenience of an easy beach access especially with children.

Important Things to know:

1) We do not offer Travel Protection Insurance in our quotes. You may obtain one independently.

2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX only.

3) Minimum nights required:

• 7 night minimum during Spring Break & Summer seasons

 Saturday to Saturday bookings required during Spring Break & Summer seasons

• 4 night minimum during Late Summer season

• 3 night minimum during Fall & Winter season (excluding Holiday weeks)

• 5 night minimum/week for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s & Fall Break weeks

4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home. There is currently construction next door.

My husband and I plus two of our adult children spent a week on beautiful 30A. The condo is beach front, you walk out the Gulf Front French doors and within a minute you are on one of the most beautiful beaches anywhere! We even had beach chair set-up, which comes with the condo! We sat on the patio, with a glass of wine, each evening and enjoyed the glorious sunsets. There are great places to eat all within walking distance, including George's, Paradis, Edwards, La Crema, etc. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay, relax and revive. This is our go to Beach Community and Condo from now on!

Home Away From Home!

I stayed at this lovely condo with two of my girlfriends. We had a fabulous time soaking up the sun and engaging in all of activities, not to mention the shopping! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a pearl in paradise. I look forward to booking with them again.

A Piece of Heaven

Great location, walking distance from many activities and great restaurants. Decorated with beach charm, everything was clean and updated. We absolutely loved being able to wake up in the mornings and step out onto the beach front patio to enjoy our morning coffee. This cozy condo make it hard to go home and face reality. Will definitely be returning!

set your expectations

The property location is great in being right on the beach. However, while the owner does state that there is some construction next door that is outside of their control, please see the photos below to know what you're going to get from 80% of the view from the rear and side windows of the property. Also, be prepared to create some make shift panels to block the window portions not covered by the blinds so you are not showering in view of the construction workers. Photo gallery here:

Wonderful location - wonderful condo!

We stayed in this unit the week of Thanksgiving 2014 with our two small children. I can't tell you how nice it was to be on the first floor and to have one-level living! No baby gates! The master bed is super comfortable, as is the rest of the condo. We loved sitting out on the porch and watching our kiddos play in the grassy area. And the ease of getting to/from the beach can't be beat. We will definitely be back, again and again!

Great Location!

We stayed at the condo from April 26th - May 2nd and loved every minute of it. It is clean and well decorated with comfortable furniture AND has an ocean view. You can walk out the backdoor and be on the beach in about 60 seconds - you really will be hard-pressed to find a better location. Once on the beach the rental comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella which are setup for you everyday around 9am, which I thought was awesome. The condo is located in a quaint beach community that is very non-commercial, however, the grocery/pharmacy/liquor stores are only a 7-10 minute drive away. There are a TON of great local restaurants and shops along 30a. We truly enjoyed our week at Seacrest Beach and will most definitely try to rent this condo again soon!
