Charming home in rural area near town
Most welcome accommodation -spacious, comfortable, well equipped, attractive furnishings, quiet. Well located, near thermal pools in state park, stores in town.
Harold Hutson property Thermopolis, WY
Enjoyed our stay. Facilities more than met our needs. Good kitchen facilities and supplies. Comfy beds. enjoyed the rural surroundings. Would consider for a return stay should the opportunity present itself.
Minor, minor issue - light bulb out in bathroom, replaced with one from unused lamp as we couldn't find any in storage; Small suggestion - couldn't get TV controller to synch with DVD player - were still able to watch movies, though. Upgrade?
A nice place to stay!
This is a nice cabin! Very comfortable bed! The shower is amazing! Kitchen has everything you need to cook! The owners were very easy to work with!
The cabin has a smell that might have something to do with the sulpher smell that is outside. I used candles and it really helped. The DVD screen was very small and no remote, but you can still watch movies!
Great place to stay and very comfortable.
My family really loved our stay here! The house was warm, inviting and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our children and us to enjoy Wyoming. The goats and chickens next door were a bonus for the kids and we also loved how close we were to town for finding fun activities. The host was very knowledgeable about the area and welcoming. We would recommend this place to anyone. 😊
Thank you Mark, it was wonderful to talk to you and your family. I'm glad the kids enjoyed the goats and chickens it was fun to watch them having fun! Let me know if you have any more questions about our area, hope to see you again soon, Harold
Stayed for 5 nights, cabin was cozy, clean and well stocked. Wifi did work with smart phones, no problem! Spent most of our time in the area fishing on the Wind River and Big Horn River, was a great retreat after a long day fishing. Close to Thermopolis and the hot springs!! Would definitely stay again!!
Catrin and Chris, thank you for your stay and for your kind comments, it was wonderful to meet you. As Colorado refugees ourselves we sincerely hope you join the "Ex-Pat" community here and will do what we can to further that end. I'm glad you enjoyed yourselves and hope you come again, Harold
