If you are looking for a nice getaway or fun-filled getaway with lots of entertaining walking distance from your condo our unit is nicely done. We can’t use it this summer so we thought a nice couple or small family might like to.

Sleeps 2 in a queen bedroom, with bathroom and washer dryer, and living room has brand new Crate and Barrel queen sleeper sofa, a half bath and an air conditioner.

Sunset Terrace overlooks Memorial Park.

From the living room you have a beautiful view of the fireworks over Palace Playland on Thursday nights. The ocean is behind the Playland and is visible from the kitchen and living room.

This building is one street away from Orchard Street so it is walking distance to the beach, the Pier, the Playland, all restaurants, and the shops. It has two parking spaces.

The previous owner renovated the unit. It has wood flooring in the bedroom, hallway, and living room, and nice tile flooring in the bathroom and kitchen. The condo has white kitchen appliances, and a stackable washer and dryer in the bed and bath area. It has new glass doors to the patio overlooking Memorial Park, Palace Playland and the ocean. It has new windows that open to catch the ocean breeze or you may use the air conditioners. The bedroom has a queen bed, two dressers, and two closets and an air conditioner. There is a beautifully updated bathroom.

It is on the second floor (no elevator). It is up two sets of stairs. It has parking space for two cars.

My spouse and I purchased this unit because it was so nicely decorated, and when we saw it we felt at home. We thought vacationers might too. We hope you choose our condo and come back again next year if you enjoy yourself. I manage our rental property, I paint both condos and offices, as well as canvases. My hobbies are painting, gardening and I am taking graphic design classes. My spouse works in Boston and commutes daily on the DownEaster.

We love the view of the park and fun park. It has beautiful views of everything great about Old Orchard Beach, with just enough distance from the hub-bub to get a good nights sleep. The condo is located on Memorial Public Park near Rite Aid and it is walking distance to the Pier and the Playland. It has great views of the fireworks.

What makes this condo unique

7 Miles of sand beaches, Palace Playland and the Pier are what makes Old Orchard Beach unique. If you want to enjoy all the fun and amenities of Old Orchard Beach and walk back to the condo and have a little down time, this is a wonderful vacation spot. If you are looking for a nice getaway with something to do at all times you will love Old Orchard Beach. Our condo has beautiful views of the parks with the ocean in the backdrop. I only wish we had more time to enjoy it. I hope you do.

We had a wonderful vacation in OOB . We couldn't have picked a better location! Beautiful view of the park and views of the ocean. Walking distance to beach and village. So pleased with the condo! Great find! Perfect condo to enjoy the area.

Very clean, modern, well-appointed condo. Even in hot July, we stayed very comfortable because this unit has wonderful air circulation plus AC units. Balcony with slider plus large window offer great views of park, amusement rides, the ocean, and breathtaking fireworks on Thurs nights. Owners easy and accommodating to work with. We will be back. Book this property with confidence and no regrets!

Wonderful Jewel in the Middle of Everything

My son, two young granddaughters and I stayed at this property and could not be more pleased. We found it to be the perfect location, especially since the children loved the nearby park, library, amusement park and most especially the beach. It was so very convenient for us to walk in the area, and even conveniently located for our drives to the Cape Elizabeth light houses, Portland, the ferry terminal to Peaks Island, other surrounding towns and even a drive-in movie theater with double features. The condo was perfectly clean and had an everything (other than food) that one would need. We would definitely stay there again and have saved the information related to this particular unit in our contact. Thank you for a great week!

Perfect Summer Getaway.

We had a wonderful time in this adorable condo and would have stayed longer if we could. It was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, amusement park and even a RiteAid pharmacy. The view from the balcony was great, especially on the night of the fireworks, which were spectacular. I miss sitting on the balcony with my morning coffee! This condo had everything that we needed and more; washer & dryer, 2 bathrooms, nice full kitchen (not a kitchenette), comfortable pull-out sofa and it was IMMACULATE. Thanks for the wonderful stay! I will be making reservations for next year!

OOB Great Place to Stay

Weekend Stay

This was a wonderful property. So close to the beach and pier activities The view from the patio was beautiful. To arrive and walk in and see the expansive view of the ocean immediately set the tone. You can sit at the balcony table and have an unobstructed view of the fireworks at OOB with the lights of the Pier rides, but not so close that the Pier noise distracts from your relaxation. Highly recommend. I know we will try to stay here next time our travel plans bring us to OOB.

Thank you for choosing to stay in our condo. We have attempted to make the condo comfortable and clean for your stay. This is our newly renovated home so we ask you to treat it carefully.

Wifi internet instructions are on the TV stand in the living room.

We recommend unlocking the door and placing the key in the lockbox during your stay so that is does not get locked inside the unit.

You have been allotted two parking spaces labeled 7 for your unit 7. Please do not occupy other spaces in the lot or the owners will call the tow company at your expense. There is metered parking spaces on Staples Street for your guests.

We require that our guests keep noise contained to our unit and respect the interests of others at the property. We request that you obey all applicable laws regarding the use of alcohol and legally controlled substances.

We are happy to thoroughly clean the condo, however we ask that you wash and put away any dirty dishes before you leave and take out any excessive or smelly trash. Please leave the key outside in the lock box when you leave.

Check-out is at 11 am. Please text me your intended departure time so we can drive-up to clean. If you are running late, please notify me so we are not waiting awkwardly outside. It takes us 3 hours to clean before new guests can check in at 3 pm; often times guests arrive early and want to check-in before we are finished, so if you know you are leaving before 11 please make sure to send me a text. That would be helpful.
