We enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Krakow. It was a 10-20 minute walk to most attractions. Thomas greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything you need. It was quiet, clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our family of five. Wifi worked great and it has air conditioning. The reason we give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the street looks suspect (erotic shops and lots graffiti) but I wouldn't let deter you. We felt completely safe and we had children with us. The apartment has a safe to put your valuables in and the door has good locks. There are also two security doors to get through before you get to the apartment.
The reviewer that noted the outside of the building is shabby is correct but our experience has been that there are many places in Europe where the outside of the buildings look shabby but are great inside. We don't see this as a deterrent.
+: The location is ok, the place is clean and all flat and furniture are new. It is quite sunny and have all you need. 2 bedrooms that is a plus.
the building is quite old and crappy but you do not see in the photos.
the twin beds make a big noise each time you move and are not very confortable. They should be definitly replaced.
No opaque curtain in the whole flat so you are just wake up when the dawn.
Not very charming place, we missed the special touch that made us feel at home.
In conclusion, not a bad flat as it have everything you need but I would not recommend to some friends nor come back.
This apartment was a great place for the 4 of us to stay during our visit to Krakow. The location was perfect; just a short walk to the famous square. The apartment was very clean with comfortable beds. It even had an air conditioning unit in the living room, which I've found to be rare in Europe. There were ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The bedrooms were very spacious, and one of the rooms had a futon in it. It was very nice to have 2 bathrooms (only one had a shower). There was a full functional kitchen, but we did not use it since the prices for dining out were so fair in Krakow. The apartment also had a small washer, which came in handy for us as we were in our second week of international travel. We LOVED our time in Krakow, and loved our time in this apartment. We wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone in the future! Be prepared for noise until 2 AM. I think the people of Krakow stay active until 2 AM every night (that's the way it was during our stay).
